I have been at Spreadex for just over 3 years. I worked as an account executive for the first year, before moving into the role of a rugby trader, which is what I am currently doing. With the way sports works, no two weeks are the same, and I get to watch a lot of rugby which is great.

The sports team is a brilliant group in the office, making it an enjoyable environment to work in. The role of a rugby trader also offers a good degree of flexibility, which helps a lot for striking a healthy work-life balance.

I have been at Spreadex for over 5 years now, and feel as excited to be here as I was on my first day!

I’m 10 years into my journey at Spreadex now, starting as a developer and working my way up to Head of Engineering. I love working at a company where tech is at the forefront of the business and there is a deep understanding of the importance of technology right from the top of the company.

The entire trading platform is built in-house so the work is varied – one minute you can be working on systems that process thousands of messages a second and the next working on a cutting-edge web app. The company is growing, but the working environment hasn’t changed – fast, fun and challenging.

I really enjoy how specialised my job is as a Cricket Sports Trader and how much work it takes to be an expert.

I joined Spreadex in 2021 and from my first day I have been empowered to share ideas and take on responsibilities that I may not have had the opportunity to elsewhere.

Last July, I joined Spreadex to begin my career as a Graduate Financial trader. Since then, I have been lucky to witness and be a part of Spreadex’s continuing growth. From dealing with market makers to diversifying our product offerings, I have been able to deepen my knowledge about the financial markets. The opportunity to learn and collaborate with my colleagues has been rewarding, and I look forward to what’s to come!

I am Spreadex customer service manager and I am responsible for the day to day operation of the Customer Service department and working towards our Customer Service mission ‘To provide industry leading customer service, supporting our clients and the growth of the business’.

I joined Spreadex last October as an Associate Software Engineer, and I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better learning opportunity so early in my career.
