ROLLING TRADES

Rolling a trade is the process of running a spread bet past the normal expiry date for that market.

For example, if you took out a position on any UK 100, futures market, that would normally expire on the third Friday of the particular contract month unless you chose to roll the trade into the next contract.

OPENING MY ACCOUNT

To manage your roll trade preferences, log in to your account, click 'My Account' on the top navigation and then 'Rolling Trades'.

SETTING YOUR PREFERENCES

Here you can select which types of trades you wish to roll and which types of trades you would prefer to leave to expiry.

 

Once selected, hit ‘Submit changes’.
