Terms and Conditions
1) To qualify for the scheme, you as the referrer must be a professional client of Spreadex.
2) Your friend will need to upgrade to professional to qualify as a referral. If your friend does not meet the criteria to qualify as a professional, or if Spreadex refuse to designate the client as a professional, you will not be eligible to receive any reward.
3) In order for the cash to be put on your account, your friend will need to open the specific referral link that you will provide them with. This will automatically track the referral and ensure it is attributed to your account.
4) Once your friend's account is opened and correctly linked to you as the referrer, your friend must upgrade to professional and place a trade within 3 months of opening for £500 to be paid to the referrer.
5) An additional cash reward of up to £5000 is available based on the amount of spread/commission paid by your friend as a professional in the three months after initial account opening. Any spread/commission paid by your friend as a retail client will not be count towards this promotion.
6) The additional cash reward will be paid to the referrer shortly after 3 months have lapsed since your friend’s initial account opening.
7) Spreadex will not disclose any trading activities performed by the referred client to the referrer. The additional cash reward is therefore considered final and not subject to dispute or challenge.
8) Spreadex reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
9) Spreadex reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way.
10) Spreadex is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
11) No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or CFD firm is eligible to take advantage of these offers.
12) Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.
