Leading UK spread betting provider Spreadex has won a prestigious industry award for customer service for the third year in succession.
Spreadex was named best spread betting firm for customer service in the 2013 Investment Trends Leveraged Trading report. It follows the firm winning the same award in 2012 and 2011.
The Investment Trends research is acknowledged as being the most thorough and extensive in the financial trading sector with 2013 results based on a survey of more than 13,000 investors.
Spreadex spokesman Andy MacKenzie said: “As well as offering a reliable and secure platform on the latest technology, we understand it’s important for traders to still have that human touch when required and that’s why we have a team of knowledgeable support staff just a phone call away.
“We are very proud to have kept up our high standards but also pleased to have been shortlisted for a number of other industry awards after rebranding and upgrading our trading systems earlier in the year.”
In 2013, Spreadex was also nominated for Best Spread Betting Provider at the Investors Chronicle and Financial Times Investment Awards, Best Spread Betting Service at the Shares Awards, Best Online Spread Betting Service at the MoneyAM Finance Awards and Best Spread Betting Service at the EGR Awards.
