second award for best customer service
Online financial trading provider Spreadex has won a prestigious national award for customer service for the second year in succession.
Spreadex was named best spread betting firm for customer service in the 2012 Investment Trends Leveraged Trading report. It follows the firm winning the same award for 2011.
Spreadex was also nominated for Best Spread Betting Service at the Shares Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in Park Lane on Thursday last week and has been nominated for Best Spread Betting Service at the EGR Awards held at the Camden Roundhouse on Monday next week.
Spreadex spokesman Andy MacKenzie said: “At Spreadex we work hard on offering a personal service with a team of knowledgeable traders just a phone call away, so it’s great to be recognised for our efforts.
“We are also delighted with feedback we have had from clients following the launch of our new financial trading platform and our move to 24 hour trading and this is reflected in our other award nominations.
“These developments combined with reductions in our spread widths and a planned relaunch of our online sports betting platform continue to enhance both the value and level of service we are able to offer our customers.”
The Investment Trends research is acknowledged as being the most thorough and extensive in the financial trading sector with 2012 results based a survey of 22,500 investors.
