Win a £50 free fixed odds bet!

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter (Spreadex), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the competition.
2. The competition is free to enter for both current and non-Spreadex account holders although you will need to have a Spreadex account to receive the free bet should you win.
3. To enter the competition, reply to the Spreadex social media post with your guess related to the question in the specific post, during the time period specified. You must also be following Spreadex on the respective channels.
4. This promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Twitter.
5. Entries must be submitted before the first match, gameweek or event relating to the Spreadex post. 
6. Only one guess allowed per entrant per competition. If more than one guess is submitted from the same person, the first guess is counted.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. ​The winner will be the person correctly guessing the final total relating to the specific question.
9. If more than one person correctly guesses the final total, a random draw will be made to select one winner of the £50 free fixed odds bet.
10. If no-one guesses correctly, the person with the closest guess will win a £25 free fixed odds bet.
11. If more than one persons are tied for closest guess, a random draw will be made to select one winner of the £25 free fixed odds bet.
12. The winner will be contacted as soon as possible via social media after the match,event or round of matches has finished. Free bets will then be applied within 72 hours where possible (depending on account opening if the winner does not have a Spreadex account).
13. Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.
14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
