Terms & Conditions
• This offer is valid for those named in the related email.
• Trades must be open for a minimum of two minutes.
• This offer is valid only in the offer period stated in the email. You can see the expiry date of the offer in My Promotions in My Account when logged into your Spreadex account.
• Bets must be placed on either our UK 100, Wall Street, EUR/USD or GBP/USD markets.
• Stakes must total £700 on our Wall Street or GBP/USD markets or £1,400 on our UK 100 or EUR/USD markets for an iPad Pro, or £400 on our Wall Street or GBP/USD markets or £800 on our UK 100 or EUR/USD markets for a new iPad.
• Both opening bet stakes and closing bet stakes will contribute towards the total. For example, if you open a £10 Wall St, Daily bet and then close it soon after this will contribute £20 towards your target.
• You can bet across different markets to make up your total. E.g. you could place £200 of stakes on UK 100, Daily, £200 of stakes on Spot EUR/USD, £100 of stakes on the Wall Street, Daily and £100 on Spot GBP/USD (that would represent a quarter of the bet target for each market for a new iPad but you could place variations on this e.g. £400 of stakes on the UK 100, Daily and £200 of stakes on the Wall St, Daily which would represent half the bet target for each market for a new iPad).
• Only your stakes will contribute towards the target, any other associated charges or adjustments will not contribute.
• Any negative balance on your account must be cleared before the item is sent out.
• Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.
• Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
• Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way.
• Spreadex Ltd is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
• No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of these offers.
• Accounts introduced via an Introducing Broker are excluded.
• Only one device available per household.
• You cannot earn more than one item.
• You have 30 days to claim your gift after the offer period, or the offer will expire.
• If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you will receive the cash equivalent of the price of an iPad in the United Kingdom.
