This section provides clear explanations for each icon, helping you grasp trade execution, account management, and market analysis at a glance. With this key, you'll confidently utilize the app's features, stay updated on your trades, and make the most of mobile trading. Here are some key icons detailed below:
Click on this icon to search for a market. You must type in at least two characters of the market you are searching for.
Once you have found the market you are searching for, you may see one these icons beside the market name.
This shows the market is open. Click on the icon to go directly to the deal ticket.
This shows the market is open for telephone trading only. Click on the icon to call our dealing desk.
This shows the market is closed. Click on the market name and then select 'Market Info' to see the opening hours for this market.
This shows the market is open for placing orders only. Click on the icon to place an order.
This shows that the market is not open to new positions and only open to closing trades. Occasionally we are unable to accept new positions in certain markets, this could be for various reasons. For more information call our dealing desk.
Deal Ticket
On the trade ticket, enter the size of your trade which for a spread bet account will be your stake per point.
The margin required to place the trade will be shown at the bottom of the ticket. For the trade to be accepted the margin required must not exceed your 'Available' figure in the account summary at the top of the screen.
Entering a number into the stop or limit boxes will place a stop loss or profit limit the specified distance away from the price at which your trade is executed.
Once you are happy with the deal ticket details, press ‘Buy’ or ‘Sell’ to place the trade.
Order ticket
Enter the size of your trade, which for a spread bet account will be your stake per point.
Select whether you wish to buy or sell and the market level at which you wish your order to be executed.
Attach a stop and/or limit to your order if you wish.
Please note that if you do not have the required funds available in your account at the time your order triggers, it will not be executed and will be deleted.
Once you are happy with the order details, press ‘Buy’ or ‘Sell’ to place the order.
Charts
Click the 'View Chart' button to view historical price movements for any given market. At the bottom of the chart, you can find buttons to access our full range of customisable charting features.
Watchlists
Use 'Browse' or 'Search' to find a market. Select the market and click on 'Watch' to add it to a new or current watchlist.
Click on Watchlists' to view, edit and re-order your current watchlists. You can also re-order or delete any markets within a watchlist using 'Edit'. As well as your personal watchlists, you will always be able to view a list of popular markets and top daily risers and fallers.
Account
This section allows you to see a summary of your account, view your trade history or ledger transactions and deposit funds.
