Bourses once again fall amid a frenzy of fear

Any signs of the December ‘Santa Rally’ are slowly fading away as bourses once again fall amid a frenzy of fear with investors. Oil prices have been the main cause for the recent sell off, despite regaining some losses today. Prior to the US open, Dow Jones futures have fallen having beginning the morning quite firm with many anticipating a rebound. European bourses have also followed suit, selling off once again with the FTSE 100 down 55 and the DAX down 22.

All eyes will be on the data released from America later this afternoon with many hoping it will be used as a catalyst to revert this week’s losses and for the Dow Jones to hit the 18,000 milestone.
