NORWICH V WATFORD - GOALS X SHIRTS (SETTLED AT 474)

We start with the football betting action from Tuesday and a Spreadex Derby from Carrow Road as partner clubs Norwich and Watford faced off in the Championship. What transpired was an action-packed match that ultimately saw the Canaries flying higher and securing a hard fought 4-2 win.

The first half saw a wild 45 minutes where both of Norwich's main attackers Ashley Barnes and Joshua Sargent saw yellow cards and goals apiece, as well as Sargent missing a penalty in between and Watford grabbing a lifeline just before the break.

The second half saw Watford initially hit back on 71 minutes and the spoils looked to be ending up shared, but Norwich found another gear to score two more unanswered goals to move themselves into the final play-off position, albeit having played a game more than the four teams directly below them.

For football spread betting punters, buying on the Goals x Shirts multi market proved to be a shrewd choice. This market is calculated by multiplying the total shirt numbers of all scorers with the total amount of goals scored in the match. With the opening spread standing at 141 - 158, the final make-up of 474 (79 x 6) meant a profit of 316x punters' opening buy stake!

SHAUN MURPHY V BARRY PINCHES - PINCHES TO WIN (SETTLED AT 100)

In this week's snooker, the Welsh Open is taking place with the likes of Mark Selby, John Higgins and Mark Williams all in action. However, the tournament is already over for former World Champion Shaun Murphy who fell to a shock defeat to Barry Pinches, who was a late call-up to the event.

Pinches needed snookers in the final frame but he came through 4-3 against the 2020 Welsh Open winner - a result that also means Murphy will miss next week's Players Championship in Telford, an event he won last year.

For snooker spread betting punters who backed Pinches with a starting spread to win of just 4.7 - 11.8, the final makeup of 100 meant a return of 88.2x their opening stake!

HUBERT HURKACZ V JIRI LEHECKA - X-COURTS (SETTLED AT 102)

And finally, we end with the tennis action from the first ATP 500 tournament of the season and the indoor courts of Rotterdam where a late-evening thriller played out between Poland's Hubert Hurkacz and Czech youngster Jiri Lehecka.

In a match that was always likely to be dominated by both players' big serves - although more so for Hurkacz - it was the Pole that ultimately came up clutch despite encountering more than his fair share of hairy moments.

After punishing a poor game from Lehecka early in the first set to cruise through 6-3, the second was completely dominated behind serve and went to a tie-break where Hurkacz missed two match points as Lehecka hit back. The deciding set was a similar story as it once again went to a tie-break but it was Lehecka who missed match points as Hurkacz got over the line.

For punters with the foresight of a tightly-contested match and the potential of tie-breaks, buying on the X-Courts spread of 57 - 62 and a settlement of 102 yielded a return of 40x for successful buy bets.
