Limit Social Media Content

To limit your exposure to gambling content via Social Media just follow these simple steps;

Facebook and Instagram

Accounts

Unfollow a Facebook and/or Instagram account to stop their content and adverts generating and appearing on your Social Media account. To unfollow any account, navigate to their page and select "Unlike", "Unfollow" or "Unfriend".

Adverts

Adjusting your Ad Preferences in your Account Settings will restrict the types of advertisements you will see. To individually Block, Hide or Report content simply select "..." on the advert or post and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Twitter

Accounts

Block a Twitter account to stop seeing unwanted content and advertisements. To do this, visit the account you wish to block then select "..." in the top right corner of the account and then "block@username".

Adverts

To block adverts, under Twitter settings, you will need to visit the Personalisation and Data Settings and adjust accordingly.

Some Social Media platforms display content with messages such as: "Why am I seeing this ad" and "Mute this ad".

Select one of these options and follow the on-screen instructions.
