We do not accept any third party payments. We do not currently accept deposits from E-Walletts such as Moneybookers, Paypal, Neteller, Ukash etc.

Can I register my wife's/husband's card?

No, we cannot accept any third party payments. All payments must be made from an account in the name of the Spreadex account holder.

How do I make a withdrawal from my account?

The minimum withdrawal amount is £50 cleared funds on your trading ledger that is not being used to support the margin/NTR on any open positions. If the amount available is less than £50 then you will only be able to withdraw the full amount.

To withdraw money, go to ‘My Account’, ‘Withdraw Funds’ and then follow the on-screen instructions.

You may also make a request to withdraw money over the phone, calling our Back Office team on 01727 895 000 or via email at info@spreadex.com. All money withdrawn to a card must be back onto the card that was used to deposit funds. The maximum withdrawal amount onto a card is £25,000, apart from Mastercard which is £2,500, at any one time, although you are able to make multiple withdrawals in one day.

Aside from card payments, we are happy to send you a cheque, make a bank transfer or if you have a Direct Debit set up transfer any credit back to you through that as outlined in 'How can I make a payment on to my account?' above.

International bank transfers and bank transfers in currencies other than sterling will be subject to additional charges.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?

We are now able to offer card withdrawals which you’ll receive within 2 hours of your withdrawal being approved. Unfortunately, some card issuers are unable to accept funds via this relatively new method, and in such circumstances payments back to these cards will take the more traditional 2 – 5 days to be received.

Any Bank Transfer should be in your account within 2 working days.

Can I request a CHAPS same-day transfer and when is the deadline?

Yes you can although it is subject to a £25 charge. For amounts over £50,000 the deadline to ensure delivery in your account on that day is 10:00 and for amounts under £50,000 the deadline is 13:00.

International bank transfers and bank transfers in currencies other than sterling will be subject to additional charges.

How can I withdraw funds if I no longer hold the card that I used to deposit the funds with?

You would need to either register a new card onto your account or you can request to be paid via cheque or bank transfer.
