landing-page-midweek-200324

The major online betting action may come later this week with top quality action from international football, rugby league and darts, but there hast still been some action for punters to enjoy.

We have had to sift a little harder than usual to find three events that yielded big spread betting wins, and we start the roundup in China.

Please remember Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. They may not be suitable for everyone so please ensure you fully understand the risks involved.

DANIEL WELLS v MARK ALLEN – ALLEN/WELLS 10/3 (SETTLED AT -16)

The eyes of the snooker world are on China this week where the World Open is taking place and there has already been one major shock on the baize in Yushan as Daniel Wells dumped out world number three Mark Allen.

Welshman Wells dug out the first two frames in scrappy style, only for the Pistol to level the match at two frames apiece. Wells then went 4-2 up and despite Allen cutting the deficit to 4-3 thanks to a run of 103, the world number 80 held his nerve to secure a memorable 503 win.

For snooker spread betting punters who sided against Allen, there was profit to be made in our 10-3 Supremacy spread which was 9-12 in Allen’s favour before the match began. A two frame victory by Wells saw him earn ten points for the victory and a further six points for winning by two frames (two lots of three) as the spread settled at -16 leaving sellers winning a juicy 25x their stake.

ARTHUR RINDERKNECH v DIEGO SCHWATRZMAN – SCHWARTZMAN POINTS (SETTLED AT 103)

Diego Schwartzman has been struggling for form of late, but he upset the apple cart yesterday in Miami Open qualification with a 2-1 comeback victory over Arthur Rinderknech.

With the Argentine sliding out of the top 100 in the world in recent years and Rinderknech in good form as well as winning both previous match-ups the Frenchman will have fancied his chances, especially after winning the first set 6-3.

However, Schwartzman – a one-time French Open semi-finalist – rallied to take the following two sets 6-3, 7-6 as he progressed to the next round of qualification. There was a decent win for tennis spread betting punters who bought Schwartzman Total Points at 68-72.

With El Peque banging in 103 points, buyers landed a win of 31x their stake.

KENYA v SOUTH AFRICA – SA/KEN SUPREMACY (SETTLED AT 70)

The African Games is hardly the pinnacle of international cricket but try telling that to the jubilant Kenyan side who defeated South Africa on Monday. The Proteas, along with Namibia and Zimbabwe have sent under strength sides to the tournament with the South African side drawn exclusively from the university system in the country.

That said, the South Africans still went into the match as 1/33 favourites having cruised past Ghana in their opening match. Top scoring in that clash was George Van Heerden with 107*, but the South Africa Under 19s batsman could only manage 20 against Kenya as his side were skittled for 71 in 15 overs.

It was a quite remarkable 70-run victory for the Kenyans and cricket spread betting punters made a hefty profit if they sold on the Supremacy spread which was 50-58 before play began. A 70-run win for the outsiders left the market to settle at -70 as sellers made a whopping 120x their stake.

Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
