Daily Spread Betting Round-up

Monday & Tuesday's Big Winning Bet's

The bank holiday weekend saw a feast of sporting action with 36 games across the EFL being played on Monday! We also had a whole host of international sport to enjoy with the first few games of the IPL getting underway whilst the Quarter Finals of the Champions League kicked off on Tuesday evening.

Please remember that unlike fixed odds betting, when spread betting losses can exceed deposits.

AFC WIMBLEDON V SALFORD – SALFORD TOTAL GOAL MINUTES (SETTLED AT 235)

On Monday afternoon Salford travelled to Wimbledon with the hosts all but safe from relegation whilst the visitors are on the hunt for a playoff spot.

The hosts entered an early lead after just seven minutes through Leicester City loanee Kasey McAteer before Conor McAleny equalised early in the second half. Just three minutes after the visitors had equalised Wimbledon retook the lead through in-form forward Ali Al-Hamadi who has now scored eight goals in his last 11 appearances for the hosts.

With the game entering injury time Salford were gifted a golden opportunity to rescue a point when they were awarded a penalty which was missed by Callum Hendry. With all hope looking to have been lost, Hendry made up for his mistake poking home in the 95th minute before scoring another in the 96th to complete a remarkable late comeback for the visitors securing them all three points!

With Salford scoring three goals in the game and two of those coming in injury time, Salford's Total Goal Minutes made up at a massive 235! With a pre-match spread of 60-68 offered, punters who decided to buy won 167x their stake.

ROYAL CHALLENGERS BANGALORE v LUCKNOW SUPER GIANTS – SIXES SQUARED (SETTLED AT 729)

The IPL is back with a bang with some enthralling games being played in the opening day tournament including a sensational performance with Rinku Singh who chased down 28 from just five deliveries for the Kolkata Knight Riders!

On Tuesday night the drama continued as Bangalore faced Lucknow with Bangalore setting an impressive total of 212/2 off their 20 overs with South African Faf Du Plessis high scoring with 79 off 46 deliveries.

Lucknow hit 212 off 19.5 overs meaning that they needed just a single run off the final ball. Harshal Patel then looked to Mankad the batsman off strike but failed to hit the wickets meaning he set up to bowl the final delivery once more. Even more, drama ensued as Patel’s delivery beats the bat of Avesh Khan but is fumbled by the keeper allowing Lucknow to run in for a one-run victory.

With the game featuring a massive 27 maximums, the Sixes Squared market made up at a massive 729. With a pre-match spread of 295-343 offered, punters who decided to buy won 386x their stake!

Manchester City v Bayern Munich – Multi-Bookings (SETTLED AT 0)

Finally, we head to the Etihad as Manchester City welcomed six-time Champions League winners Bayern Munich with both sides looking to stamp their authority on the tie.

Man City started much brighter and had Bayern on the back foot from the off with their high press. The opening goal came in the 27th minute when Rodri was allowed to much space 30 yards out allowing the Spaniard to take his range before firing into the top corner.

Man City inflicted more misery on the Germans in the second half scoring in the 70th before Erling Haaland scored his 45th goal of the season just six minutes later.

Although the game was full of action, there was only three bookings shown with none being awarded in the first half meaning the Multi-Bookings market made up at 0. With a pre-match spread of 380-470 offered, punters who decided to sell won 380x their stake!
