While the bulk of the sporting action this week takes place in the upcoming days, there have still been several opportunities for punters to win significant profit in Monday and Tuesday’s sport with the likes of the Hundred cricket, US Open tennis qualifying and early midweek football

As always, we highlight three big winning spread bets.

Please remember Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. They may not be suitable for everyone so please ensure you fully understand the risks involved.

RANGERS V PSV – GOALS X CORNERS X BOOKINGS (SETTLED AT 3000)

We start with the biggest winning bet first as punters buying on our Goals x Corners x Bookings multi-market were left with a massive win after an exciting 2-2 draw at Ibrox on Tuesday night in the Champions League qualifier.

The home side had twice taken the lead through a James Tavernier strike on the stroke of halftime, and a goal from Rabbi Matondo late in the second period. However, the Dutch visitors showed their fighting qualities and secured a draw with an equaliser through Luuk de Jong.

As for the market make-up, much of the reason for the hefty 3000 was down to a substantial 15 corners in the match, which along with the four goals and five yellow cards (50 booking points) left bettors celebrating. For those who decided to buy at the pre-match spread of 1300 – 1425, their profit was a massive 1575x their opening wager!

MONTEIRO V MPETSHI PERRICARD – TOTAL POINTS (SETTLED AT 242)

Qualification for the final tennis Grand Slam of the year began on Tuesday and many lesser-known players took to the courts in hopes of ultimately reaching the prestigious tournament at Flushing Meadows. With conditions on the New York courts generally fast, savvy punters would have been looking for match-ups between strong servers.

While there were several such matches in the day’s action, the most tightly-contested proved to be the one between Brazil’s Thiago Monteiro and 6’7 French youngster Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard. With both players struggling to create a break chance on the opponent’s service, the match had to be decided with three consecutive tie-breaks, with the Frenchman ultimately prevailing in the 10-point ‘super tie break’ in the third set with a final match scoreline of 6-7 7-6 7-6 in over 3 hours on court.

Once again, Total Points was an Ace choice for buyers, with a final make-up of 242 from a starting spread of 149 – 154 meaning an 88x return on their initial stake.

NORTHERN SUPERCHARGERS V WELSH FIRE – LAUNCH! (SETTLED AT 2310)

Finally, we end with the latest cricket action from The Hundred as Welsh Fire dealt the struggling Northern Superchargers a fifth consecutive defeat, which leaves them second from bottom in the competition standings.

Superchargers’ Harry Brook had smashed the fastest Hundred century but it proved in vain as Welsh Fire kept alive their hopes of making Saturday's eliminator with an eight-wicket win.

In terms of the betting profit, Launch! was again a profitable buy as a make-up of 2310 from a starting spread of 1175 – 1275 meant a possible return of 1035x your initial stake.

Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
