Daily Spread Betting Round-up
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
It promises to be a big weekend of sport with the final of the Snooker World Championship, a grand slam decider in the Women’s Six Nations, high class racing from both sides of the Irish Sea, and all the usual thrills and spills as the domestic football season heads to a conclusion.
Before all of that though we cast our eyes back over a jam-packed week to find three big winning bets from the last few days.

IRELAND v SRI LANKA – IRELAND 1ST INNINGS RUNS (SETTLED AT 492)
At the time of writing, Ireland are well on their way to losing this second Test with Sri Lanka, but they put up an impressive showing in their first innings that rewarded buyers on the Ireland 1st Innings Runs spread.
Before play began in Galle, the spread was 215-230 but the tourists made light work of that thanks to some impressive scoring from their middle order. Andrew Balbirnie was caught five runs short of his century, but Paul Stirling and Curtis Campher both made three figures whilst Lorcan Tucker chipped in with 80.
The travelling side finished on a score of 492 all out with buyers winning 262x their stake.
EVERTON v NEWCASTLE UNITED – TOTAL GOAL MINUTES (SETTLED AT 335)
Four second half goals will have delighted buyers on the Total Goals Minutes spread in Everton’s clash with Newcastle last night. The Geordies took the lead through Callum Wilson in the 28th minute Before Joelinton extended the lead in the 72nd minute with the first of four goals in ten minutes.
Wilson made it a brace before Dwight McNeil got one back for the hosts after 80 minutes, but just one minute later Alexander Isak waltzed his way past half the Everton side to lay it on a plate for Jacob Murphy at the back post. It could have been an even better night for buyers at 126-136 had Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Fabian Schar not had efforts ruled out for offside.
As it was, Total Goal Minutes settled at 335 as buyers landed a win of 199x their stake.
CRONULLA SHARKS v NORTH QUEENSLAND COWBOYS – SHARKS/COWBOYS (SETTLED AT 38)
Cronulla laid waste to North Queensland yesterday at Shark Park as they blew the Townsville side away with a comprehensive 44-6 victory. There were six different tryscorers for the Sharks, with Ronaldo Mulitalo bagging a brace and Nicho Hynes near flawless with the boot as he landed six out of seven conversions whilst also adding two penalties.
In response, the visitors could only muster a converted first half try from Kyle Feldt as they slipped to their sixth defeat of the season, leaving them four points off the top eight, but every other side in the league has games in hand.
Before kick-off on the Sydney coast, the Sharks/Cowboys Supremacy was set at 9-12, but a 38-point win for the hosts left buyers on the spread winning 26x their stake.
Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
