Swansea’s recent run of successful managers has come crashing to a halt since the departure of Garry Monk - so can the imminent arrival of Francesco Guidolin inspire the Swans to jump out of the drop zone with victory against Watford tonight?


Since Monk’s departure, caretaker boss Alan Curtis has won just one in seven during which time the Welsh outfit have fallen into the bottom three in the Premier League and exited the FA Cup to League Two Oxford United.

So it’s a tough task for 60-year-old former Udinese, Palermo and Parma chief Guidolin, who looks set to work alongside Curtis until the end of the season in a bid to save the Swans’ season.

As for whether Guidolin can guide Swansea to safety, the Spreadex Premier League Points Predictions now have the Swans in for between 36.5 – 38 come the end of the season, and our traders don’t think that will be enough to save the Swans from falling back down to the Championship come May.
