Andrew found 8-1 winner ZOUM ZOUM on Wednesday and successfully opposed MAREFUORI (4th). He has two recommended bets/trades on Thursday, October 12th.

TRAMORE 3.10

FOUR CLEAN ACES fell at right-handed Ballinrobe on her hurdling debut and jumped markedly out to her left when only fourth at left-handed Listowel last time (4-9 favourite), a track that on paper at least should have suited her. She goes right-handed in this 2m4.5f mares’ maiden hurdle today and the Willie Mullins-trained five-year-old could again prove vulnerable if that tendency to jump out to her left resurfaces. This race looks deep for the time of year – there are five others ahead of her on Racing Post Ratings – and she looks short enough in the betting (around 5-2 at the time of writing). Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market. Fixed odds punters might want to side with LUCKY VIV each-way.

Recommendation: Oppose FOUR CLEAN ACES in Tramore 3.10

AYR 3.55

ABDUCTION looked unlucky here last time but that was over the 7f and he could prove vulnerable now returned to 6f on the straight course. Bryan Smart’s five-year-old was won six times in his career, with every victory coming on a left-handed track. He’s had 13 goes without success on straight courses and the market looks to have over-reacted to his latest effort. Sell in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market. ADMIRAL D, who ran a blinder against the bias over course and distance in the Ayr Silver Cup is the obvious alternative for fixed odds punters.

Recommendation: Oppose ABDUCTION in Ayr 3.55
