Andrew made a profit of 24x his stake with his buy of WILLIAM BUICK at Newmarket on Wednesday and has two recommended bets/trades on Wednesday, October 26th.

CLONMEL 2.35

The Willie Mullins-trained MOUNT SINAI was turned over at odds of 4-9 when only third in a Sligo mares’ bumper in August and filled the same position when the 5-2 market leader at Listowel the following month. She’s forecast to start as favourite again for today’s hurdles debut, but her trainer has a modest record in early-season (October to December) maiden hurdles, scoring with 60 of his 224 runners (26.8%) since 2019 for a loss of £93.17 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 75.08, A/E = 0.80), and she can be sold in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Oppose MOUNT SINAI in Clonmel 2.35

LINGFIELD 3.05

At the time of writing ROSE KING was trading as the 3-1 favourite with Spreadex for this 5f handicap on the strength of his last-time-out 25-1 fourth of 13 at Redcar. However, that race featured a pace collapse and those who came from the rear, as Scott Dixon’s gelding did, looked flattered. PADDY’S DAY (4-1 second favourite), also ridden patiently when fifth in that Redcar contest, is another I want to oppose. The one to take advantage could be David O’Meara’s STAR OF LADY M. She did well to finish fifth from a poor low draw at Musselburgh last time and the first-time visor could eke out some improvement. Since the beginning of 2019, her trainer is six from 27 on the all-weather when using this headgear for a profit of £19.50 to a £1 level stake at SP, with the only qualifier to run at Lingfield recording a 6-1 success. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

Recommendation: Back STAR OF LADY M in Lingfield 3.05

Please note that the picks recommended in this blog post are based on past performance and should not be considered a guarantee for future winning outcomes, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
