Andrew found well backed Ludlow winner SAFE DESTINATION on Monday and has two recommended bets/trades on Tuesday, November 28th.

SOUTHWELL SPs

Just a few days ago, the ground was being called ‘good’ for Southwell’s jumps fixture but has since eased to ‘heavy, soft in places’. The last time we had proper soft or heavy ground (based on race times, not the official verdict) at Southwell was for the corresponding meeting last year (22 November 2022) when the aggregate Starting Prices made up at 165.7. Plenty of today’s more-fancied runners were originally declared on better ground and we could be in for a few shocks, suggesting that a buy of SOUTHWELL STARTING PRICES could pay dividends.

Recommendation: Buy STARTING PRICES at Southwell

SEDGEFIELD JOCKEYS

The Donald McCain yard remains relatively quiet, with just one winner from 30 runners in the past fortnight, a 7-4 favourite who was allowed an easy lead in a four-runner contest. He has five runners at Sedgefield today and the best way to take them on is to sell BRIAN HUGHES, who rides four of them, in the SEDGEFIELD JOCKEYS market with Spreadex. Hughes also rides the Micky Hammond’s COUP DE COEUR in the opener (12.15) and with that yard also out of form (36 runners and 37 days since a winner) and the jockey likely to take the inside route where the ground is often slower, he could also struggle.

Recommendation: Sell BRIAN HUGHES in Sedgefield Jockeys

Please note that the picks recommended in this blog post are based on past performance and should not be considered a guarantee for future winning outcomes, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit. The views within this preview are those of Andrew Mount, professional tipster and journalist, and not those of Spreadex.
