CRICKET - 2023 CRICKET WORLD CUP BETTING MARKETS

We begin with the big cricket betting this week which comes in the form of the 2023 Cricket World Cup getting underway with England taking on New Zealand on Thursday morning.

Many will of course remember the amazing scenes from the 2019 winning campaign in which Ben Stokes inspired England to a famous victory over New Zealand in the final. Will England grab another win over the Black Caps here or will the Kiwi side get some form of revenge?

Taking place in India where the hosts are betting favourites, Jos Buttler's England side will be looking to make it two white-ball World Cup victories in as many years after triumphing at the T20 version in Australia in the autumn of 2022. England's outright price to win the Tournament is 3/1 on the fixed odds.

In our outright cricket spread betting market, India have a starting spread of 28.2 - 34.2, with England at 19 - 25. This market settles at 100 if the team wins, and 0 if they do not. That means if you did a buy bet at 25 and England won, you would win 75x your stake. Or if you bought at 25 and they didn't win, you would lose 25x your bet.

Spreadex will have a range of spread markets and fixed odds markets available for individual matches as well as being able to bet on our longer term Tournament Markets. These include things like Total Tournament Runs, Fastest Century, Highest Team Score and much more!

There are also Team Markets available where you can bet on markets related to Bowlers, Batters, Player Performances and Tournament Totals.

If you were to place a four-fold accumulator with Acca Boost applied on Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal and Newcastle all to win their Champions League matches this week, you could win £125.69 from a £10 bet! Just add the four outcomes to your bet slip and you will see the Acca Boost applied automatically.

There are also a range of football betting PRICE BOOSTS available, with tonight's action seeing a potential bet of the day of Arsenal to win & Both Teams to Score in the Gunner's away match against French side Lens.

TENNIS - ATP SHANGHAI MASTERS BETTING MARKETS

Tennis spread betting punters will be excited to see the ATP Tour's post-Covid return to China with the latest Masters event in Shanghai. This marks the first iteration of this event since 2019, when Daniil Medvedev defeated Alexander Zverev in the final.

While world number one Novak Djokovic has opted to miss the event, world number two Carlos Alcaraz will be looking to gain valuable points as he looks to reclaim the top spot in the rankings, while Medvedev is also in the draw and will be looking to defend his title four years after claiming it.

While the full draw is yet to be completed, there is the potential of Britain's Andy Murray taking on Zverev in a huge clash if the Brit can get past his first round opponent Roman Safiullin, but that will be far from an easy task as Safiullin reached his first ATP Tour final just last week and lost to none other than Zverev.

You can use our Bet Builder feature to create your own custom tennis bet, with markets like Total Sets and Games Handicap available to choose from.
