We have another feast of sporting action this week with no let-up in the football, as well as an upcoming fortnight of tennis from the first Grand Slam of the season Down Under at the Australian Open!
The below prices are indicative and may be subject to fluctuation.
Please remember that unlike fixed odds betting, when spread betting losses can exceed deposits.
TENNIS - 2023 AUSTRALIAN OPEN
The first tennis major got underway in the early hours and there has already been plenty of exciting action on day one. Defending champion Rafael Nadal got his campaign underway against young British talent Jack Draper, while Emma Raducanu seemed to be well-recovered after injury to win her first round match in the women's draw.
Nadal could be of particular interest to punters as although he has been in shaky form and struggling with recurring injuries in recent months, he is still the number one seed and defending champion here, and looked strong against Draper in his first round win. With a spread of 13.5 - 16.5 on the 60-40-20-10-5 Index (Winner 60, Runner-Up 40, Losing SF 20, Losing QF 10, Losing R16 5, Other 0) and with a fixed odds price of 11/1, the Spanish legend may prove a value punt.
Novak Djokovic returns to Australia in search of a 23rd Grand Slam and 10th here alone, while Andy Murray begins his campaign against Italy's Matteo Berrettini. Will there be any shocks on day two of the tournament?

FOOTBALL – midweek premier league
There is no let-up in the Premier League action after the World Cup break and the matches are coming thick and fast. Teams are being forced to keep up or fall behind, and a title race seems to be calling for a resurgent Man Utd side who will be full of confidence after success in the Manchester Derby
CRYSTAL PALACE V MAN UTD - WEDNESDAY 8PM
Man Utd are arguably the most in-form side in the Premier League, perhaps only behind leaders Arsenal in that regard, and will be confident of continuing their form and backing up their Manchester Derby victory with a crucial win at Selhurst Park.
The Red Devils have failed to win on their last two visits to this ground (1-0 defeat, 0-0 draw) but Erik ten Hag's side look a different proposition ahead of this one. Marcus Rashford is in the form of his life and will be looking to score in yet another match here. Be sure to check out our goalscorer price boosts ahead of the match!
Utd are currently available at 17/20 on the fixed odds to get the win, with Palace at 18/5 and the draw 29/10. The Supremacy spread stands at Utd/Palace 0.55 - 0.75.
MAN CITY V TOTTENHAM - THURSDAY 8PM
Man City will be surely fuming at letting slip a 1-0 lead at Old Trafford and fall further behind leaders Arsenal in the title race, but the defending champions will be confident of bouncing back at the Etihad against a Spurs side surely low on confidence after some inconsistent recent form and a demoralising defeat to their huge rivals Arsenal at the weekend.
Pep Guardiola's side have struggled against Spurs recently though, losing three of the last five, including a 3-2 defeat at the Etihad in their last meeting. Can the away side repeat the same heroics here? The same scoreline can be backed here at 33/1!
FOOTBALL - FA CUP REPLAYS
FA Cup replay action takes place as several sides look to make use of their second chance to progress to the next round of the famous old trophy. Who will produce the required performances to get themselves over the line at the second time of asking?
WOLVES V LIVERPOOL - TUESDAY 7.45PM
Liverpool's season is looking more and more precarious, and Jurgen Klopp will be hoping to avoid losing any chance of FA Cup silverware as they travel to Wolves for a replay here after a 2-2 draw at Anfield. Coming off the back of a 3-0 defeat to Brighton in the league that Klopp called 'his worst match in charge of Liverpool', the Reds will be hopeful to bounce back quickly.
Wolves on the other hand will surely fancy their chances at Molineux after the commendable performance at Anfield - could they shock the visitors and make the season even more painful for the Merseyside team? Wolves are 14/5 to win the match in normal time, and 8/5 to qualify.
cricket - odi: india v new zealand
And finally, there is international cricket action as India take on New Zealand in a One Day International. The last five meeings have seen two India wins, one NZ win and two draws! Who will come out on top here? India begin at 2/5, with NZ at 15/8.
