It’s do-or-die for a couple of English sides in European action this week whilst there is golf from New Orleans and slightly closer to home, the Snooker World Championships from the Crucible in Sheffield.
The below prices are indicative and may be subject to fluctuation
Please remember that unlike fixed odds betting, when spread betting losses can exceed deposits.
FOOTBALL – CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
It’s a quickfire double for the Champions League with the two English sides left in the competition facing very different scenarios. Chelsea are first in action and they trail after losing the first leg 2-0 in the Bernabeu they will look to secure a famous victory under the Stamford Bridge lights and are 9/5 to get the win, with the Chelsea to qualify market at 7/1.
Karim Benzema kept up his excellent run against English sides last week and the Frenchman has been boosted to score tonight anytime from 23/20 to 13/10.
Manchester City travel to the Allianz arena on Wednesday as 7/5 favourites and our trading team certainly expect an exciting match. Both teams to score is 4/9, with over 2.5 goals at 8/15 and if you fancy playing the total goals on our spread betting market you can buy or sell at 3.1-3.3.

FOOTBALL – EUROPA AND EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE
Manchester United managed to throw away a two goal lead against Sevilla at Old Trafford but they travel to Spain as 21/20 favourites to win the match and they are 8/15 to make it through to the next round. A win for a Sevilla side who are struggling in the league this season is available at 5/2 whilst another draw is priced at 13/5.
West Ham also threw away a lead last week, but they will be confident they have enough about them to get past Gent, especially after holding Arsenal to a draw at the weekend. The supremacy spread has the Hammers with a 0.75-0.95 head start whilst total goals is priced up at 2.5-2.7.
As we highlighted before the away leg last week, West Ham often take the lead in their Conference League matches and the spread on the minute of their first goal is 45.5-48.5 with sellers on this market needing a first half goal to come away in profit.
GOLF – ZURICH CLASSIC OF NEW ORLEANS
One of the more unique events on the Tour gets underway on Thursday with the Zurich Classic Of New Orleans at TPC Louisiana which has been a team event since 2017.
The first and third rounds are played as a fourball whilst the second and fourth rounds are a foursome format with Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay heading the betting at 3/1. Colin Morikawa and Max Homa are second favourites at 12/1 and the all-Korean pairing of Tom Kim and Si-Woo Kim are also prominent in the betting at 14/1. Billy Horschel and Sam Burns finished second to a record-breaking score of 29-under par from Cantlay and Schauffele last year but are 16/1 to go one step further this year and further down the betting the Sheffield brothers Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick are 28/1 to do the business over the weekend.
SNOOKER – WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The World Championship is in full swing and not without drama after a Just Stop Oil protestor managed to jump onto the table and pour orange powder everywhere just as Robert Milkins and Joe Perry got underway. That match will be restarted this evening and it is the tightest betting heat currently priced with Milkins an 8/11 favourite and Perry at even money.
Ronnie O’Sullivan is chasing his 8th title and he is 1/4 to get the better of Hossein Vafaei on Friday with the Rocket 7/2 favourite in the outright market. With plenty of markets like Total Frames and Frame Multi-Points to get stuck into, snooker is a sport that lends itself well to spread betting and we also have live streaming of the matches on site.
