BIRMINGHAM V WEST BROM - FRIDAY 8PM

Friday sees the first Championship encounter in this matchweek as the Baggies travel to local rivals Birmingham in a West Midlands derby, and they will be looking to build on getting back to winning ways last time out after their long unbeaten run was ended by Burnley. The home side here will also be confident after a morale-boosting 4-3 win over Swansea last time out as they scored two goals after the 90th minute.

Recent history suggests this fixture is winnable for both sides and the last five competitive meetings have seen two wins each and one draw - a 0-0 stalemate. Two of those matches ended 3-2, with each side coming out on top once in those, including a 3-2 win for Birmingham at the Hawthorns in the most recent meeting. The away side are available at 22/1 to win 3-2 here.

Spreadex has WBA at 21/20 for the home win, Birmingham at 3/1 and the draw 12/5. On the spreads, our Goal Supremacy price has WBA as 0.4 – 0.6 favourites while the Total Goals spread is at 2.3 – 2.5. Total Goal Minutes are at a conservative 117 - 127. We have BOOSTED WBA to win with both teams scoring from 17/5 to 4/1!

BURNLEY V PRESTON - SATURDAY 3PM

The dominant league-leading Clarets have a chance to create a bit of history here and become only the third team in Championship history to win a 10th consecutive league match. A dominant and impressive 3-0 win over Norwich last time out was followed by a win in the FA Cup, so Vincent Kompany's side will be sure to be full of confidence ahead of this one at Turf Moor.

Although Preston have lost two of their last three league matches, they grabbed a win last time out and have managed to secure draws in both of the most recent meetings with Burnley. A third consecutive draw is available at 3/1 here. In terms of the match odds, Burnley are favoured at 0.95 - 1.15 on the goal supremacy spread.

Total Goals are available at 2.4 - 2.6, Total Goal Minutes at 122 - 132 and 1st Match Goal at 37 - 40.

BRISTOL CITY V norwich - saturday 3pm

The Canaries have dropped down to 10th position in the league and received a humbling 3-0 defeat at the hands of Burnley last time out, but are still only two points from the play-off places and know a win over in-form Bristol City could kick-start a crucial run as we approach the business end of the season.

The home side are on an eight match unbeaten run in all competitions while Norwich have only won two of their last eight. However, the visitors have been dominant against City in recent meetings, winning four of the last five and drawing the other. All but one of those matches saw high-scoring affairs with both teams finding the net.

Spreadex has Norwich at 7/5 for the win, Bristol City at 2/1 and the draw 5/2. Total Goal Minutes are at 137 - 147 with Total Goals 2.7 - 2.9.

Sunderland V READING - saturday 3pm

The Black Cats disappointingly crashed out of the FA Cup in their replay against Fulham at the Stadium of Light, but can at least now fully focus on pushing for a potential play-off finish. That will be no easy task though as they drew their last match in the league and are now without top goalscorer Ross Stewart for the rest of the campaign.

Tony Mowbray will be hopeful his team can use home advantage here and grab all three points against a Reading side who are winless in their last five league matches, while Sunderland sit just two points off the play-off positions and know any slip-ups can prove extremely costly as the season gets ever closer to its conclusion. The last meeting ended in a 3-0 win for Sunderland and something similar would be extremely welcome here.

Spreadex have installed the home side as favourites on the Supremacy spread at 0.5 - 0.7. On the fixed odds, Reading are at 18/5, with Sunderland at 19/20 and the draw at 5/2. With the home side now looking to rely on youth for inspiration, We have BOOSTED Amad Diallo to score anytime for the Black Cats from 19/10 to 23/10!

WIGAN V huddersfield - saturday 3pm

The Terriers are still in trouble but have shown some fighting spirit recently with two battling draws secured and now sitting just one point from safety with a game in hand - meaning this dogfight with fellow strugglers Wigan now has even more significance. The home side have not won any of their last ten matches in all competitions, and Huddersfield will have to punish a leaky Latics defence which has conceded a massive 49 league goals so far.

Recent history also doesn't favour the visitors as they have lost four of their last five against Wigan. None of those matches saw more than three goals in the match. As such, Spreadex have installed the home side as slight favourites to get the victory. The Supremacy spread stands at 0.2 - 0.4. In terms of goals, we have Total Goal Minutes at 112 - 122 and Total Goals at 2.2 - 2.4.
