SUNDERLAND V CARDIFF, SATURDAY 3PM

After a disappointing run of eight matches with just a solitary win, the Black Cats regained some momentum with a 2-0 victory over Huddersfield in the Spreadex Derby in midweek. They are now back within touching distance of the top ten, and still only five points off the play-off positions, so will aim for back-to-back home victories here.

Cardiff come into this one with four defeats in their last five matches, and as such it's the home side who come into this one as favourites, with a Goal Supremacy spread of Sunderland/Cardiff 0.2 - 0.4. This translates to 5/4 on the fixed odds, with the draw at 23/10 and Cardiff at 11/4. Total Goals are available at 2.25 - 2.45, with Total Goal Minutes at 114 - 124.

The sides have been split in their last five meetings with two wins apiece and a draw, but Cardiff convincingly won the most recent fixture 4-0. In those fixtures there was also a 4-0 win for the Black Cats, and four of the five matches have seen a minimum of three total goals. Will there be another high-scoring affair here?

BLACKBURN V HUDDERSFIELD, SATURDAY 3PM

The Terriers fell to a defeat against Sunderland in midweek and face another tough away trip at Blackburn, who fell to a disappointing loss to Coventry last time out. This ended a run of four consecutive wins, but they still sit in second place in the table. Huddersfield have had the upper hand in the H2H series though, winning three of the last five (one draw), so will be hoping of another positive result here.

Spreadex have installed the home side as significant favourites for the win though at 5/6 on the fixed odds, with Huddersfield at 18/5, and the draw 27/10. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Blackburn/H'field 0.6 – 0.8. Total Goals are at 2.4 - 2.6, with Total Goal Minutes at 123 - 133. Both sides failed to score in their most recent league fixtures and the last H2H meeting ended 0-0 - the same result can be backed here at 15/2.

Blackburn have neither scored nor conceded inside the first 15 minutes of a home game this term - we have First Match Goal at 37 - 40 on the spreads.

QPR V WEST BROM, SATURDAY 3PM

The Baggies grabbed a vital victory over Blackpool in midweek to lift themselves off the bottom and three points from safety and will need to use that momentum to grab another positive result against fourth-placed QPR, who drew with Norwich in midweek. The away side have had the better of this match-up recently with three wins and a draw from their last five and will be eager to see that continue here.

Spreadex have installed the home side as very slight favourites at 13/8 on the fixed odds, with West Brom 7/4 and the draw 12/5. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to QPR/West Brom -0.1 – 0.1. The last meeting at this ground saw a 1-0 win for QPR, which West Brom will hope to avoid here, although QPR are undefeated in their last six home games.

Both teams have scored in three of the last five meetings, and three of the last five QPR home matches have seen both scoring. We have BTTS here at 8/11.

Rotherham V NORWICH, SATURDAY 3PM

Norwich dropped two points in midweek to fall further behind the league leaders but will be confident of grabbing an important win on the road here against a Rotherham side who have lost four of their last five, including a demoralising 3-2 stoppage-time defeat against Burnley in midweek. The Canaries have won the last four meetings between the sides and will hope to stretch that to five here.

Norwich come into the fixture as pre-match favourites, with a Goal Supremacy spread of 0.5 - 0.7, and on the fixed odds at 19/20. Rotherham are available at 3/1, with the draw at 5/2. Total Goal Minutes are at 127 - 137, and Total Goals are at 2.5 - 2.7.

The last meeting saw a 1-0 win at Carrow Road, while the last meeting at this ground saw Norwich come away with a 2-1 success. That result can be backed for a repeat at 7/1.

SHEFFIELD UTD V BURNLEY, SATURDAY 12:30PM

The league-leading Clarets will travel to Sheffield to take on one of their toughest challenges in recent weeks in the early kick-off, knowing a defeat would allow the home side to close the gap at the top to three points (with a game in hand). However, a victory here would mean a much more comfortable upcoming winter break.

Spreadex have installed the home side as slight favourites ahead of this one, with a Goal Supremacy spread of Sheff Utd/Burnley at 0.05 - 0.25. This translates on the fixed odds to Sheff Utd at 6/4, Burnley at 19/10 and the draw at 12/5. Total Goals are at 2.45 - 2.65 and Total Goal Minutes are at 126 - 136, but the last two meetings have seen 1-0 wins for either side. That result is available at 7/1 for the home side, and 8/1 for the away side.

We also have several price boosts ahead of this one, including Billy Sharp to score anytime BOOSTED from 31/20 to 9/5, Jay Rodriguez to score anytime BOOSTED from 7/4 to 21/10, and both teams to score and Sheff Utd to win BOOSTED from 18/5 to 9/2!
