BIRMINGHAM V SUNDERLAND, FRIDAY 8PM

In what looks to be a crucial Friday Night Football meeting, Sunderland will be desperate to grab a win here to ensure they go on the winter break closer to the top ten than the relegation zone, and with how tight the Championship has been this season, that is exactly what is at stake. The Black Cats are not in great form though, having lost three of their last five, while the home side are on a four-match unbeaten run.

Spreadex have installed the home side as favourites ahead of this one, with a Goal Supremacy spread of Birmingham/Sunderland 0.2 - 0.4. This translates to 13/10 for a Birmingham win on the fixed odds, with the draw at 23/10 and the Black Cats at 5/2. Total Goals are available at 2.3 - 2.5, with Total Goal Minutes at 117 - 127.

The sides have been split in their last five meetings with two wins for Birmingham, two draws and a Sunderland win. The last meeting saw the home side grab a 3-1 victory here - that result is available again at 16/1. We also have several price boosts ahead of the game, including Scott Hogan to score anytime BOOSTED from 17/10 to 2/1, and Ellis Simms to score anytime BOOSTED from 13/5 to 3/1.

HUDDERSFIELD V SWANSEA, SATURDAY 3PM

The Terriers still remain rooted to the foot of the table, but after a spirited victory over QPR in midweek they have an opportunity to go on the winter break with impetus and hopes of a better second half to the season if they manage to get past Swansea at home here. The visitors are on a run of four matches without a win, so there is unlikely to be a better moment for the home side to face the South Wales side.

Spreadex have installed the away side as slight favourites for the win though at 11/8 on the fixed odds, with Huddersfield at 21/10, and the draw 23/10. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Swansea/H'field 0.1 – 0.3. Total Goals are at 2.35 - 2.55, with Total Goal Minutes at 121 - 131. Only one of the last five meetings has not seen both sides find the net.

Their last meeting was here in January and ended in a 1-1 draw. The same result can be backed at 5/1 on the fixed odds here.

WEST BROM V STOKE, SATURDAY 3PM

The Baggies will be hoping they are at the start of a resurgence after consecutive victories, including one over promotion chasing QPR last time out. They now take on the visiting Potters who are seven places above them but only with a five-point difference (and with West Brom holding a game in hand), so a home win here would be the perfect way to go into the winter break.

Spreadex have installed the home side as favourites at Evens on the fixed odds, with Stoke at 29/10 and the draw 5/2. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to West Brom/Stoke 0.4 – 0.6. The last three meetings have seen Stoke win them all though, so the home side will be keen to reverse that trend.

In terms of goals, we have Total Goals available at 2.45 - 2.65, with Total Goal Minutes at 124 - 134.

NORWICH V MIDDLESBROUGH, SATURDAY 3PM

The Canaries have recently steadied the ship and kept themselves within touching distance of the Championship summit and will hope to grab another three points here before the winter break to have something to build on when the league resumes. Boro currently sit in mid table but have been in decent form having lost just one of their last five and coming off the back of an impressive 3-0 win last time out.

Norwich come into the fixture as pre-match favourites, with a Goal Supremacy spread of 0.2 - 0.4, and on the fixed odds at 5/4. Boro are available at 23/10, with the draw at 12/5. Total Goal Minutes are at 129 - 139, and Total Goals are at 2.5 - 2.7.

The last meeting saw a 0-0 draw at Carrow Road, and that result can be backed at 8/1. In fact, none of the last five meetings have seen more than a single goal in the match, but Norwich have won four with the same 1-0 scoreline. That can be backed to be repeated yet again at 7/1.

BURNLEY V BLACKBURN, SUNDAY 12:30PM

The league-leading Clarets had a fairly significant blip last time out as their unbeaten run was crushed by Sheffield Utd, who secured a dominant 5-2 win. Now, this east Lancashire derby has added significance as it features the top two and will very likely lead to the winner of this fixture going into the winter break at the top of the tree. Burnley will know the significance of opening a five-point gap and will be desperate to make home advantage count as they look to bounce back after last weekend.

Spreadex have installed the home side as favourites ahead of this one, with a Goal Supremacy spread of Burnley/Blackburn at 0.75 - 0.95. This translates on the fixed odds to Burnley at 4/6, Blackburn at 23/5 and the draw at 27/10. Total Goals are at 2.5 - 2.7 and Total Goal Minutes are at 127 - 137. Burnley have been the dominant side in this fixture recently, winning four of the last five (one draw). The last meeting was a 2-0 win, which can be backed here at 13/2.

We also have a special double market for these two sides - you can back both sides to end the season in the top two at 16/1!
