SUNDERLAND v ROTHERHAM, WEDNESDAY 7.45PM
After a promising start to the season for the Black Cats, a patchy run of form will have them hopeful of their next three points here. Narrowly losing to Norwich at the weekend, Sunderland are slightly favoured to get the victory here, with a Goal Supremacy spread of 0.35 - 0.55.
We have Total Goals at 2.4 – 2.6 on the spreads for this one and Both Teams to Score at 4/5 on the fixed odds. All of the last five meetings between these sides have seen both scoring. Total Goal Minutes are available at 123 - 133.
The last meeting between the sides came in League One back in April, and ended as a 1-1 draw at the Stadium of Light. The same scoreline is available here at 5/1 on the fixed odds.
wigan V WEST BROM, TUESDAY 7.45PM
With both of these sides in questionable form and only winning one of their last five matches, who will be able to grab the initiative here? West Brom should come into the clash with more belief, considering their last match was a 2-2 draw, while Wigan were blown away 5-1 by Burnley last time out.
The Baggies begin as favourites, at evens on the fixed odds and with a Goal Supremacy of 0.4 - 0.6. Wigan are at 3/1 to secure a home win, while the draw is at 12/5.
Matches between these two sides have been low-scoring in recent times, with just two of the last five meetings featuring more than a single goal. We have Total Goals at 2.3 - 2.5.
BRISTOL CITY V huddersfield, WEDNESDAY 7.45pm
Huddersfield have struggled to get going so far this season and will travel to Ashton Gate having to face a confident, in-form Bristol City. However, their recent head-to-head form may give Huddersfield some confidence (3 W, 2 L).
Spreadex do have the home side as pre-match favourites though at 5/6 with Huddersfield at 17/5 and the draw 11/4. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Bristol City/Huddersfield 0.55 – 0.75.
The last five fixtures between these sides have seen plenty of goals, with at least two in each game, and three or more goals in four of those matches. We have Total Goals at 2.55 - 2.75, and Total Goal Minutes at 130 - 140.
BURNLEY V MILLWALL, TUESDAY 7.45PM
The Clarets finally found their shooting boots last time out, smashing five goals past Wigan away from home to end a winless run of four league matches. In fact, they have now scored eight goals in their last two league matches.
Spreadex have the home side as pre-match favourites at 10/11 to make it back-to-back victories, with Millwall at 15/4 and the draw 23/10. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Burnley/Millwall 0.5 – 0.7.
If Burnley consider their scoring form into a third successive match, there may be yet another large Burnley Total Goal Minutes make-up. The pre-match spread is available at 70 - 78. The Clarets have scored at least twice in every one of the last five meetings between these two.
BIRMINGHAM V NORWICH, TUESDAY 7.45PM
After a slow start to the season, the Canaries are well and truly in flight now and the pre-season favourites for promotion have now won their last three Championship fixtures. Can they make it four in a row here?
Spreadex have the away side as significant pre-match favourites at 3/4 to make it back-to-back victories, with Birmingham at 15/4 and the draw 29/10. On the spread betting Goal Supremacy market this translates to Norwich/Birmingham 0.7 – 0.9.
The Canaries will surely be confident of extending their run when head-to-head form is considered, with four wins and one draw from the previous five. The last fixture in the league on Birmingham's patch ended in a 3-1 win for Norwich, and the same result is available on the fixed odds at 11/1.
