Spread Bets Of The Day
A couple of Euro 2020 qualifiers, a US Open semi-final and a t20 Blast quarter-final all make our Spread Bets of the Day! 1. Republic of Ireland vs Switzerland – Goal Rush, 22-25Considering their poor form throughout 2018, on paper the Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2020 qualifying campaign has gone very well so far. They’ve got 10 points from 4 games, and sit top of Group D. However, their results tell a slightly different story: paltry 1-0 and 2-0 wins over Gibraltar, a 1-0 win against Georgia and a 1-1 draw against Denmark. That means Thursday’s visit from Switzerland could be low on goals, hence why Spreadex are offering a Goal Rush Spread of 22-25 – that’s where 0 goals = 0 points, 1 = 10 points, 2 = 20 points etc. 2. Northern Ireland vs Luxembourg – Northern Ireland/Luxembourg Goal Supremacy, 0.9-1.1Put in a punishing group with Germany and Netherlands, Northern Ireland have done exactly what they need to do if they are to qualify for Euro 2020, winning their home and away fixtures against both Belarus and Estonia. In preparation for an intimidating visit from Germany on Monday, Michael O’Neill’s side are hosting Luxembourg, a team they should beat with relative ease. Spreadex are offering a Northern Ireland/Luxembourg Goal Supremacy spread of 0.9-1.1. 3. Italy vs Armenia – Ciro Immobile SMM, 52-60In firm command of a comparatively easy Group J, Italy will be looking to continue their unbeaten start when they host Armenia on Thursday. Ciro Immobile – who scored a brace in his Serie A opener for Lazio – could be the one to watch, and sits at a SMM spread of 52-60. 4. Elina Svitolina vs Serena Williams – Total Points, 144-149Serena Williams was scary good against Wang Qiang in the quarter-finals, dispatching of her opponent 6-1 6-0. That resulted in a Total Points make-up of just 65. Still chasing that record-equalling 24th Grand Slam title, Williams will want to deal with Elina Svitolina with similar efficiency, meaning a Total Points spread of 144-149 might be worth paying attention to. 5. Nottinghamshire vs Middlesex – Dawid Malan Player Performance, 34-38Heading into Thursday’s 2nd t20 Blast quarter-final, Dawid Malan has the most runs of any player left in the competition, managing 488 across 13 innings. Middlesex will be hoping for another big showing from the Englishman at Trent Bridge – Spreadex have him at a Player Performance spread of 34-38.
