Spread Bets Of The Day
A very serious FA Cup fixture for Arsenal, a test for Serie A leaders Inter Milan, and the 2nd T20 between India and Sri Lanka all make our Spread Bets of the Day! 1. Arsenal v Leeds – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang SMM, 59-69Mikel Arteta is taking the FA Cup very seriously. A 2-time winner with Arsenal as a player, the Spaniard has said the club needs to become ‘addicted’ to winning, and that they ‘have to be challenging for cups’. With that in mind Leeds – who recently had Gunners-loanee Eddie Nketiah recalled due to a lack of starts – can expect a relatively full strength Arsenal to host on Monday night. That means Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has 15 goals in all competitions this season, is the one to watch at a SMM spread of 59-69. 2. Napoli v Inter Milan – Napoli/Inter Goal Supremacy, -0.1-0.1Inter Milan sit atop Serie A – but only just. A superior goal difference separates them and Juventus, a club of such domestic efficiency that you have to go back to 2010/11 to find a different winner of the Italian league. Napoli, meanwhile, are well off the pace in 8th, 16 points adrift of Inter – a real disappointment after last season’s silver medal. They didn’t receive too much of a boost from the appointment of Gennaro Gattuso as manager, either, losing at home to Parma before coming from behind at Sassuolo to win 2-1 thanks to an injury time own goal. Yet our traders have found the fixture too hard to call, offering a choice Napoli/Inter Goal Supremacy spread of -0.1-0.1. 3. India v Sri Lanka 2nd T20 – Virat Kohli Player Performance, 40-44With the 1st T20 rained off, both India and Sri Lanka – replacing Zimbabwe after the country’s suspension by the ICC – are looking to take control of the series on Tuesday. Indian captain Virat Kohli had put in a pretty strong showing in the country’s last T20 series against the West Indies, including 94 runs in the 1st and 70 in the 3rd, and sits at a Player Performance spread of 40-44. That’s where its 1 point per run, 10 points per catch, 20 points per wicket and 25 points per stumping. Disclaimer: quoted prices are subject to change.
