Spread Bets Of The Day
Beyond the first full weekend of La Liga football in months, there is a potentially Bundesliga-sealing fixture for Bayern Munich, and a pair of Coppa Italia semi-final 2nd legs – but what should you be looking out for? 1. Juventus v AC Milan – Bookings, 58-62Ahead of the scheduled Serie A restart next week, Juventus and AC Milan meet in their Coppa Italia semi-final 2nd leg at 8pm on BT Sport 1 this Friday. Juve currently sit atop the league, a solitary point ahead of Lazio, while Milan are languishing in 7th place, in danger of missing out on a spot in the Europa League if they slip up in the coming weeks. The cup semi-final, however, is finely poised after the 1st leg finished 1-1. Ante Rebic had given Milan the lead just after the hour mark, only for Cristiano Ronaldo to nab an injury time equaliser from the spot. With 25 goals in all competitions – more than double that of Paulo Dybala – Ronaldo goes into the semi-final at a massive SMM spread of 62-72. Milan, meanwhile, are missing Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to injury, leaving Rebic at a SMM spread of 16-20. It also might be worth paying attention to a Bookings spread of 58-62. During the 1st leg the Bookings make-up hit 85, boosted by a 2nd yellow for the now suspended Theo Hernandez. 2. Napoli v Inter Milan – Inter/Napoli (h) Goal Supremacy, 0-0.2For a good chunk of the Serie A season, Inter Milan looked on track for their first title in exactly a decade. Now, after back-to-back defeats to title rivals Lazio and Juventus, they are 9 points off the pace with a game in head. To make matters worse, they head into Saturday’s Coppa Italia semi-final 2nd leg – at 8pm on BT Sport 1 – down 1-0 to Napoli, who are currently in 6th in the league. However, a month before that defeat the visitors actually beat their hosts at the Stadio San Paolo 3-1. Can they do it again? Spreadex are offering an Inter/Napoli (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 0-0.2.3. Bayern Munich v Borussia Monchengladbach – Total Goals 3.4-3.6If results go their way – i.e. if Borussia Dortmund lose to Dusseldorf on Saturday afternoon – Bayern Munich could seal their 8th consecutive Bundesliga title with a win over Borussia Monchengladbach, at 5.30pm on BT Sport 1.There are a couple of things that make the fixture extra interesting. Firstly, Monchengladbach are actually the last side to beat Bayern, picking up a 2-1 win at home in December – that’s right, Bayern are unbeaten in their last 20 games in all competitions. Secondly, the hosts could surpass their all-time season goal tally by scoring just once, after equalling the 1972/73 129 goal haul in their DFB-Pokal victory midweek. They will have to do it without the suspended Robert Lewandowski, however. With that in mind, Spreadex are offering a Total Goals spread of 3.4-3.6.
