Spread Bets Of The Day
Wales chase a place in Euro 2020, while Northern Ireland and Scotland aim for some end of group stage confidence boosters – it’s our Spread Bets of the Day! 1. Wales v Hungary – Wales/Hungary Goal Supremacy, 0.85-1.05In a winner-takes-all Group E-closer, Wales and Hungary battle for the automatic qualification spot not already taken by Croatia. An added pressure comes in the form of Slovakia – if they beat group minnows Azerbaijan, and Tuesday’s game in Cardiff ends in a draw, the Falcons will be the ones booking their tickets to next summer’s competition. Last time the 2 teams met, all the way back in June, Hungary came away with a 1-0 win. Since then, however, Ryan Giggs’ side haven’t lost a qualifier, with 2 wins over Azerbaijan and draws against Croatia and Slovakia. They will hopefully have it in them to edge out their visitors on Tuesday, at a Wales/Hungary Goal Supremacy spread of 0.85-1.05. 2. Germany v Northern Ireland – Serge Gnabry SMM, 54-62After a notable goalless draw against the Netherlands, Northern Ireland missed out on automatic qualification, forced instead to go through March’s play-offs. That could, however, end the group stages of the campaign on a high if they can beat Germany. It’ll be tough, especially with 24-year old Serge Gnabry in decent form internationally. The former Arsenal forward sits at a SMM spread of 54-62. 3. Scotland v Kazakhstan – Total Goals, 2.4-2.6Like Northern Ireland, Scotland’s fate is already decided heading into Tuesday night – they too will take part in March’s play-offs. Still, it would be nice to finish the group stages with a 3rd win on the trot, and get revenge for the campaign’s opening 3-0 loss in Astana. Spreadex are offering a Total Goals spread of 2.4-2.6.
