Spread Bets Of The Day
A STACKED weekend sees a couple of top tier Premier League clashes, a potentially game-changing round of Six Nations fixtures, and Vegas rematch between Wilder and Fury. 1. Chelsea v Tottenham – Bookings, 45-49FA Cup aside, Chelsea aren’t having the best 2020. They’ve only won once in the league in 2020, a 3-0 victory over Burnley. Since then they’ve lost to Newcastle and Man United, and draw 2-2 against Arsenal and Leicester. Not too long ago, however, they did beat Spurs 2-0. And they are the fresher of the two sides, Tottenham losing 1-0 to RB Leipzig mid-week. That, and Tottenham’s lack of firepower, explains a Chelsea/Tottenham Goal Supremacy spread of 0.7-0.9. December’s meeting was pretty fiery, with Son Heung-min’s red card helping push the Bookings make-up to 95. This time out Spreadex are offering a Bookings spread of 45-49. 2. Leicester v Man City – Total Goals, 3.1-3.3Based on Wednesday’s routine 2-0 win over West Ham, Man City haven’t been too shaken by their European suspension. Admittedly they should be tested harder on Saturday, as Leicester look to close the gap on City to a point. Last time they met City ended up winning 3-1. Will there be a similar tally on Saturday? Spreadex offering a Total Goals spread of 3.1-3.3. 3. Wales v France – Josh Adams SMM 29-33Thanks to his hat-trick against Italy, Josh Adams is still the leading try scorer in the Six Nations, despite failing to get on the board against Ireland after hobbling off in the 25th minute. Wayne Pivac could really do with a big performance from the 24-year year old against France if Wales are to reinvigorate their title defence. Adams heads into Saturday at a SMM spread of 29-33. 4. England v Ireland – England Six Nations Index, 40-43Sat in 4th, their only points coming from an unconvincing victory in Scotland, England nevertheless go into the 3rd round of Six Nations fixtures as favourites, at an Index spread of 40-43. That could change if they fail to get a result against the unbeaten Ireland on Sunday, in a game that will see son Owen take on father Alan in a battle of the Farrells. Spreadex are offering an England/Ireland Points Supremacy spread of 7-10. 5. Deontay Wilder v Tyson Fury – Fight Minutes, 25.25-26.75Can Tyson Fury go the distance once again? Many think the only way the Gypsy King can win the fight is to avoid Deontay Wilder’s right arm for 12 rounds, out-boxing the Bronze Bomber to a points victory. If Fury does last all 12 rounds, that would push the Fight Minutes make-up to 36 – Spreadex are offering a spread of 25.25-26.75.
