Spread Bets Of The Day
Chelsea and Arsenal meet in Tuesday’s London derby, Sheffield United look to cut down Man City, and Novak Djokovic enters the 2nd round of the Aussie Open – it’s the Spread Bets of the Day! 1. Chelsea v Arsenal – Bookings, 46-50Mikel Arteta’s 2nd fixture in charge of Arsenal was against Chelsea, a game that saw the Gunners’ late collapse allow the Blues to leave the Emirates with all 3 points. It’s come around quick, but Arsenal get a chance at revenge this Tuesday, at 8.15pm on BT Sport 1. Arteta’s tenure hasn’t been the shot in the arm the Gunners required. He has overseen just 2 wins – their New Year’s triumph over Man United and their narrow 1-0 FA Cup victory against Leeds – alongside 4 draws and that one aforementioned defeat. In fact, no team has drawn more games in the Premier League this season than Arsenal, with 11 of their 23 fixtures ending in a stalemate. That perhaps makes a Match to be drawn binary spread appealing, at 23-26.4. Or what about the Total Goal Minutes spread of 147-157? After all, in their last meeting Chelsea’s goals came in the 83rd and 87th minutes respectively. A Bookings spread of 46-50 might also be worth keeping an eye on given that a) December’s fixture saw 9 cards handed out, and b) Arsenal are currently the dirtiest side in the league with 56 yellows. 2. Sheffield United v Man City – Sergio Aguero SMM, 58-68Though they might be trailing Liverpool by 16 points, it probably comes as no surprise that Man City have the best attack in the league, scoring 64 goals in 23 games. What likely IS a bit of a shock is that the division’s 2nd best defence – behind the Reds – belongs to Sheffield United. The Blades have conceded a mere 22 goals – the source of their unexpected 2019/20 success given they’ve only scored 25. Tuesday’s hosts – the game is on at 7.30pm on BT Sport 2 – are, however, coming up against Sergio Aguero, who has 5 goals in his last 2 league games, and 20 goals in all competitions. The Argentine sits at a SMM spread of 58-68, which may seem high, but is actually on the lower side given his price can sometimes edge towards triple digits. 3. Tatsuma Ito v Novak Djokovic – 4 Sets in Match, 10.5-18.2Unlike Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic didn’t have it all his own way during his 1st round match against Jan-Lennard Struff, losing the 3rd set before roaring back in the 4th. Will wildcard Tatsuma Ito be able to get anything off the defending champion? If you think the match is going beyond a 3-set saunter for Djokovic, maybe back Spreadex’s 4 Sets in Match binary spread of 10.5-18.2. Disclaimer: quoted prices are subject to change
