Spread Bets Of The Day
The Champions League returns this Tuesday, with Man City and Tottenham in the midst of very different campaigns. But what should you be paying attention to? 1. Man City vs Atalanta – Total Goals, 3.9-4.1Though their domestic form is sterling – they are sat in 3rd in Serie A – Atalanta’s first ever Champions League isn’t going so well. Things started with a 4-0 loss against Dinamo Zagreb, followed by a last-minute 2-1 defeat at home to Shakhtar Donetsk. Worryingly for the Italians their next match is a trip to the Etihad. Far from faultless domestically, Man City are nevertheless yet to concede in Europe, while scoring 5 in 2. When Pep Guardiola’s side really get going they can be scary – just ask West Ham and Watford – hence the Total Goals spread of 3.9-4.1. 2. Tottenham vs Red Star Belgrade – Bookings, 48-52Tottenham are in a bad way. October opened with that 7-2 humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich, a result that was followed up by a 3-0 loss in Brighton. Saturday wasn’t much better, Spurs snatching a 1-1 draw against Watford. On Tuesday they are taking on a side more than willing to get a bit nasty. Thanks to entering in the 1st qualifying round, Red Star Belgrade have already played 10 games of Champions League football. In that period they’ve picked up an astonishing 38 yellow cards, including 3 sending offs, alongside one straight red. With that in mind, the Bookings spread sits at 48-52. 3. Atletico Madrid vs Bayer Leverkusen – Match to be drawn, 23-27.8Atletico Madrid have a goal-scoring problem. In La Liga they’ve managed just 8 in 9 games – in comparison, Barcelona are on 23 – with 1 win, 1 loss and 4 draws in their last 6 fixtures. In Europe their form is only a bit better, with a 2-2 draw against Juventus and a 2-0 away win over Lokomotiv Moscow. If you think the Spaniards will be unable to break the deadlock once again, then Spreadex are offering a binary match to be drawn spread of 23-27.8. 4. Juventus vs Lokomotiv Moscow – Cristiano Ronaldo SMM, 75-87By his own illustrious standards, Cristiano Ronaldo has had a pretty timid season so far, with only 5 goals from 7 games. There is, then, an element of risk surrounding his super-high SMM spread of 75-87, even if the Italian champions are taking on Lokomotiv Moscow at the Allianz. 5. Galatasaray vs Real Madrid – Real Madrid/Galatasary (h) Goal Supremacy, 0.75-0.95In a rather unusual sight, Real Madrid are sat at the bottom of Group A. An opening loss to PSG, and a shock draw against Club Brugge that saw the club come back from 2-0 down in the 2nd half, means they have a solitary point. Though they should be able to rectify that on Tuesday, with Spreadex offering a Real Madrid/Galatasaray (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 0.75-0.95.Disclaimer: quoted prices are subject to change.
