Spread Bets Of The Day
It’s set to be a huge weekend for the Europe and relegation races, with Tottenham v Arsenal, Chelsea v Sheffield United, and Norwich v West Ham. But what markets are worth watching? 1. Tottenham v Arsenal – Tottenham/Arsenal Goal Supremacy, -0.1-0.1There’s a lot on the line heading into Sunday’s North London derby, at 4.30pm on Sky Sports Premier League. Though much depends on how Wolves and Sheffield United perform in their respective fixtures, a win for Arsenal would tighten their grip on one of the spots in next season’s Europa League. If Spurs beat them, however, they will swap places, with Tottenham gaining a 2 point advantage. It’s been a rocky restart for North London, and even if Sunday’s visitors have been marginally better, this weekend’s derby is incredibly difficult to call. That’s why Spreadex is offering a choice Tottenham/Arsenal Goal Supremacy of -0.1-0.1. 2. Norwich v West Ham – Bookings, 30-33It may honestly be too late for Norwich. West Ham, however, can still save themselves when they travel to Carrow Road this Saturday, at 12.30pm on BT Sport 1. Benefiting from the uselessness of Bournemouth and Aston Villa, the Hammers remain 3 points above the relegation zone, with a superior goal difference over an equally precarious Watford. On a 6 game losing streak, and with just 21 points, the Canaries have looked increasingly desperate, picking up 10 yellows in just 3 games. With that in mind, maybe keep an eye on a Bookings spread of 30-33. 3. Liverpool v Burnley – Liverpool Leading Minutes, 43-46The Reds need 9 points from their final 4 games if they are to surpass Man City’s all-time Premier League points total. Standing in their way are Burnley, this Saturday at 3pm on BT Sport 1. The Clarets aren’t just hoping to play spoil-sports. On 49 points, they are still in the hunt for Europe; so much so that a win at Anfield, and a draw in the North London derby, would move Burnley up to 8th at a minimum. Liverpool looked more like champions on Wednesday, swiftly taking going ahead against Brighton, leading for a total of 84 minutes. Will they be as dominant this weekend? Spreadex are offering a Liverpool Leading Minutes spread of 43-46. 4. Sheffield United v Chelsea – Total Goal Minutes, 127-137Now that Chelsea have finally taken 3rd place, they won’t want to let it go. A trip to Sheffield United is their next test, at 5.30pm this Saturday on Sky Sports Premier League. They can sign all the Timo Werners they want, it’s the Blues defence that needs work. They’ve only kept 3 clean sheets in the league in 2020, most recently conceding 3 at West Ham and 2 at Palace. And though the Blades aren’t exactly the most penetrating side, they did still put 3 past Tottenham, and scored twice at Stamford Bridge back in August. Spreadex is offering a Total Goal Minutes spread of 127-137. 5. Bournemouth v Leicester – Leicester/Bournemouth 10-5 Supremacy, 7-10Though their place in the Champions League is likely secure, the Foxes could slip down to 5th if they aren’t careful this weekend. They travel to Bournemouth on Sunday, at 7pm on Sky Sports Premier League. Ending a 5-game losing streak, the Cherries held Tottenham to a goalless draw on Thursday, in their first clean sheet since December 14th. Still, Jamie Vardy and co. beat Bournemouth 3-1 in August, leaving them at a 10-5 Supremacy spread of 7-10, where the winner is awarded 10 points, plus a further 5 points for each goal won by.
