Top 3 bets for tonight's European & NFL games

Can Leicester still qualify for the knockout stages of the Europa League?

Leicester are bottom of Group C, but thanks to Spartak Moscow’s defeat of Napoli yesterday, the Foxes can go top and into pole position to make it through with a win this evening against Legia Warsaw. In a very tight group, Leicester are one point behind tonight’s opponents, who are a further point behind both Spartak and Napoli, who both only have one game remaining. Brendan Rodgers’ team lost the reverse fixture 1-0 in Poland and must win tonight to have a realistic chancre of progression. Their last game of the group stage, on December 9th, is away at Serie A leasers Napoli.

Both Teams to Score and Leicester Win (Boosted to 17/10)

After such a stellar campaign last time around, Leicester have been a bit disappointing this term, underlined by the defeat away to Legia Warsaw. They are 1/6 with Spreadex Fixed Odds to win tonight, but if that is too short for you, Leicester to win and both teams to score has been boosted to 17/10. The Foxes have score 16 and conceded 21 in 12 Premier League games this season.

Are Tottenham still alive in the Europa Conference League?

Spurs travel to Slovenian minnows Mura for their next Europa Conference League group game needing a victory if they are to progress as group winners. Only the top teams go through, with second place teams facing a playoff. Spurs are currently second in Group G, three points behind Rennes. New boss Antonio Conte has been talking up the importance of this competition, although he is expected to make a number of changes.

Harry Kane Super Mega Minutes 86-101

The England captain looks to have rediscovered his scoring touch for England playing against lower ranked teams, and tonight he gets the chance to do a similar job for Tottenham in Slovenia. Kane scored seven goals in just a game and a half of playing time against Albania and San Marino recently. Of course there is a danger that Conte wants to rest his star man. If he doesn’t start, the bet would be void, but if he gets subbed at half-time for example, he has a lot to do in 45 minutes to make buying profitable.

Who is playing in the NFL’s Thanksgiving triple-header?

There’s plenty of American Football action tonight to celebrate Thanksgiving, with the winless Detroit Lions hosting the Chicago Bears before the Las Vegas Raiders go to the Dallas Cowboys and the New Orleans Saints face the Buffalo Bills. The final game looks the most interesting, with both teams in something of a mid-season slump. Go back three weeks and they were both flying, but the Saints have lost three straight for the first time in 5 years, while the Bills have lost two out of three. New Orleans are now 5-5 for the season and Buffalo 6-4 as they look to get their seasons back on track.

Total Points (44.5-47.5)

Both these teams were known for their defensive strength until last week, and it will be interesting to see which, if any, can bounce back. The Bills, who averaged 15 points against until last week, gave up 41 to the Colts, while New Orleans, who were ranked top in run defence until last week, giving up 72.9 yards on average, gave up 242 to the Eagles. Can those defensive units bounce back or will there be a repeat this week? We’ve seen some buying of the Total Points spread as punters predict the offenses to be on top again.
