FOOTBALL

After one of the most humiliating evenings in the club’s history, Tottenham could do with a day at the seaside. Well they’re getting exactly that on Saturday, when they travel to Brighton at 12.30pm on BT Sport 1.

Eyeing the top 4, and looking to build on their strengthening form at home, West Ham then take on Crystal Palace at 5.30pm on Sky Sports Football.

Back from their Champions League trip to Lillie, Sunday sees Chelsea visit a Southampton side in a bit of bother, at 2pm on Sky Sports Premier League.

Capping off a very busy week, one that’s also included a visit from Arsenal and Thursday’s jolly to AZ Alkmaar, Man United will be hoping the same flimsy Newcastle defence that lost 5-0 to Spurs turn up at 4.30pm on Sky Sports Premier League.
