Football

Liverpool are now 14/1 joint favourites along with Tottenham, Napoli and Inter Milan to lift the Europa League trophy after exiting the Champions League, with Everton close behind at 16/1.

The Toffees are already through to the knockout phases as Group H winners, and Spurs – also already through – will progress as Group C winners if they avoid defeat in Besiktas today (Thursday).

We'll be in-play on 12 matches in the Europa League tonight as well as offering live fixed odds and spread betting on all Premier League and La Liga games at the weekend as usual.

Rugby

It's the fourth round of matches in rugby's newly-formed Champions Cup and Challenge Cup this weekend.

The action starts with Stade Francias v Newcastle in the Challenge Cup this evening (Thursday) with Stade Francais, 2/7, Newcastle 11/4, the draw 22/1 and our spread betting Points Supremacy quote Stade Francias/Newcastle 8-11.

Cricket

England now trail 3-2 in the seven match ODI series against Sri Lanka after reaching their 240 run chase with five wickets to spare this morning (Thursday).

The sixth ODI takes place on Saturday at 4.30am UK-time.

Following the first two rounds of games in the Philippines and Singapore, the tournament this weekend moves to India before a final weekend of action in the UAE.

It's the Franklin Templeton Shootout from Naples this weekend with a dozen two-man teams competing over three days with the format taking in a Scramble, Modified Alternate Shot round a Better Ball finale.

George Osborne's Autumn Statement did little to move the outright betting for the next general election, despite a headline-grabbing shake up of the current stamp duty system.

Labour remain favourites to get most seats at 4/5, the Conservatives are even money, UKIP are 40/1 and the Lib Dems 400/1.

In terms of overall majority, no overall majority is 4/11, Labour majority is 17/4, Conservative majority 9/2, UKIP majority is 80/1 and Lib Dem majority is 200/1.

As for Next Prime Minister after David Cameron betting, Ed Miliband is 21/20 favourite, Boris Johnson 7/1, Theresa May 10/1, Andy Burnham 12/1, Yvette Cooper and George Osborne at 14/1, Chuka Umunna 16/1 and Nigel Farage 22/1
