Football
The last few places are up for grabs for the World Cup in Brazil and all eyes are on Cristian v Zlatan as Portugal host Sweden (Portugal/Sweden 0.8-1) tomorrow night (Friday).
We have in-play betting on that game plus Greece/Romania 0.45-0.65, Croatia/Iceland (h) 0.45-0.65 and France/Ukraine (h) 0.1-0.3 on Friday and Nigeria/Ethiopia 1.75-.195, Ivory Coast/Senegal (h) 0.65-0.85 and Cameroon/Tunisia 0.7-0.9 on Saturday.

Already qualified England take on Chile on Friday and Germany on Tuesday in two friendlies. Chile have scored 30 goals in their last 12 games losing just once in that time and drew 2-2 with World Champions Spain in September. Our Total Goals quote for this one is 2.65-2.85.

A shock 2-0 victory over Croatia shows that maybe Scotland are moving in the right direction under Gordan Strachan. But will they continue their fine form against Jurgen Klinsmann’s side? They will certainly hope to avoid a repeat of the 5-1 mauling the USA dished out when they met back in 2012. USA/Scotland 0.05-0.25.

The dream team of Martin O’Neill and Roy Keane take control of the national side for the first time as the Republic of Ireland take on Latvia. Will it be a winning start to their reign? We have the hosts as 1/4 for the win, with Latvia at 11/1 and the draw 17/4.

Michael O’Neill takes his Northern Ireland side to Turkey (Turkey/N. Ireland 1.55-1.75) while Wales host Finland (Wales/Finland 0.2-0.4).

Don’t forget our Premier League and Champions League long term prices. Our Premier League 60-40-20-10-5 Index has Arsenal at 31-34, Manchester City 28-31, Chelsea 28-31, Manchester United 22-25, Liverpool 14-17 and Tottenham 5-8.

Our Champions League 100-75-50-25-10 Index sees Bayern Munich at 55-58, Barcelona 51-54, Real Madrid 48-51, Chelsea and Man City at 29-32, Atletico Madrid 28-31, PSG 25-28, Man United 22-25 and Arsenal 20-23. Other markets available include Group Indices, Fixed Odds Winner, and Fixed Odds Group Winners.

Rugby
The Rugby League World Cup has reached the quarter-final stage with England playing France on Saturday night (England/France 34-37) with coverage on BBC2. We’ll have in-play betting on that game as well as New Zealand/Scotland 41-44, Australia/USA 53-57 and Samoa/Fiji 1-4.

Switching codes, rugby union's Autumn Internationals continue this weekend as England go head-to-head with New Zealand on Saturday at Twickenham. Stuart Lancaster’s side downed the All Blacks 38-21 this time last year – New Zealand’s only defeat in 26 matches since winning the World Cup in 2011.

Will England build on victories over Australia and Argentina and repeat that outstanding result, or will the visitors gain revenge? Our Points Supremacy quote is New Zealand/England (h) 14-17.

We are also covering the rest of the Autumn Internationals and selected games in the Anglo-Welsh Cup.

The next Ashes series is only seven days away and if you fancy the hosts to get off to a winning start in Brisbane, we are industry best price on Australia to win the first Test at 13/8. We have England 6/4 for the win and the draw 9/4.

For Top England 1st Test Batsman we are currently industry best price on Alastair Cook, Kevin Pietersen (both 4/1), Jonathan Trott, Ian Bell (both 9/2), Michael Carberry (6/1), Jonathan Bairstow and Matt Prior (both 12/1).

We’re also industry best price on Top Australia 1st Test Batsman for David Warner, Shane Watson (both 9/2) and Chris Rogers (5/1).

In terms of the overall series, we are currently offering the biggest price in the industry on England to retain the Ashes at 8/15 and on England to win the series at 11/10.

Elsewhere, we have in-play betting on the India v West Indies second Test as Sachin Tendulkar bids goodbye to Test cricket, the second Pakistan v South Africa T20 on Friday and the third Sri Lanka v New Zealand ODI on Saturday.

Darts
The 2013 Grand Slam of Darts continues at the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton. With reigning Champion Raymond van Barneveld already eliminated there will be a new name on the trophy this year.

James Wade will fancy his chances as he takes on Australia’s Paul Nicholson for a place in the quarter-finals at 7.15 pm tonight (Thursday). We make Wade favourite for this one with a Supremacy quote of 9.5-12.5.

We will be covering all the action as it develops over the weekend.

Motor Racing
There is no racing this week, but what better time to look at the long term market in the absence of any action?

Two more victories would see him up to a massive 397 total, however, our traders are quoting him at 383-387 on the Driver’s Season Points market. We also have Lewis Hamilton at 194-197 (175 so far) and Mark Webber 191-194(166 so far).
The F1 circus comes from the United States this week as the teams head to Austin. Sebastian Vettel leads the way on our Live Index with a quote of 18-19.5, but things look closer further down the grid with Webber on 6.75-8.25, Hamilton 3-4.5 and Grosjean 2.5-4.
