Football

After Manchester City and Arsenal were casually dismissed by Europe’s finest in midweek, can Spurs and Swansea restore some British pride in the Europa League tonight?

Tottenham travel to Dnipro in the Ukraine for a 6pm kick-off (Dnipro/Spurs Supremacy 0.1-0.3, fixed odds Dnipro 11/8, draw 21/10, Spurs 21/10) and Swansea host Napoli at 8.05pm (Napoli/Swansea (h) Supremacy 0.3-0.5, fixed odds Swansea 5/2, draw 9/4, Napoli 11/10).

The weekend’s Premier League action kicks-off with league leaders Chelsea playing Everton at the Bridge at 12.45pm. Our Supremacy price for this one is 0.95-1.15 (fixed odds Chelsea 8/15, draw 14/5, Everton 5/1).

There are then five 3pm kick-offs: Arsenal/Sunderland 1.45-1.65, Cardiff/Hull -0.1-0.1, Man City/Stoke 2.2-2.4, West Brom/Fulham 0.7-0.9 and Southampton/West Ham (h) 0.05-0.25.

The 5.30pm TV game sees out of sorts Man United host battling Crystal Palace. Will the Eagles be able to make the most of United’s dodgy home form and get on the scoresheet? We have Palace Total Goal Minutes at 36-44.

The weekend is rounded off with three top flight matches on Sunday; Liverpool/Swansea 1.75-1.95, Newcastle/Aston Villa 0.35-0.55 and Tottenham/Norwich (h) 0.35-0.55.

In the Champions League so far it’s been four wins out of four for the away sides and we have the visiting teams all as favourites for the next four matches in the last 16 next week; Dortmund/Zenit (h) 0.55-0.75, Man Utd/Olympiakos (h) 0.25-0.45, Chelsea/Galatasaray (h) 0.4-0.6 and Real Madrid/Schalke (h) 1.2-1.4.

Don’t forget about our World Cup betting markets including Group spread betting indices and a range of other fixed odds markets.

Will England get out of their tough group? England’s 25:10:5 Group Index price is 10.25-11.75 and their fixed odds price to qualify is 4/6.

Horse Racing

It’s less than three weeks to Cheltenham and our Antepost fixed odds prices are live with Bobs Worth leading the betting for the Gold Cup at 2/1 ahead of Silviniaco Conti at 10/3 and Cue Card at 15/2.

For the other Championship races, Hurricane Fly and The New One are 3/1 joint favourites for the Champion Hurdle, Sprinter Sacre is 4/5 favourite for the Queen Mother Champion Chase and Big Bucks is 9/4 favourite for the World Hurdle, despite losing in the Cleeve Hurdle last month.

Don’t forget that in addition to our each-way and accumulators, you can now place forecast and tricast fixed odds bets on horse racing with Spreadex. Click the following link to find out more on forecast and tricast betting.

As well as fixed odds we offer a full range of horse racing spread betting markets including Card Markets covering individual races, meetings and groups of meetings on a given day.

For a reminder of how our Aggregate Card Markets work, these markets combine all our usual Card Markets across different meetings in a day in one overall spread for you to play on.

E.g. Our Aggregate Card Winning Distances would be the total of all the distances won by, across all races at all nominated meetings in one day. This principle applies to other Card Markets such as Double Numbers, Favourites, Starting Prices, 2nd to 3rd Distances etc.

It also applies to some of our new Card Markets including Favourites x 10 and Squared Numbers. We have added a new rule to explain these markets; rule w) on page 16 of our Sports Spread Betting Rulebook.

Rugby

After a week’s break, the Six Nations returns this weekend with the first action from Cardiff as Wales host France at 8pm on Friday.

Despite Warren Gatland’s men going down to defeat against Ireland in their last outing we still have them as slight favourites over les tricolores 2-4 on the Points Supremacy.

On Saturday it’s the early potential battle for the wooden spoon as two sides with two defeats from two so far go head to head at the Satdio Olimpico. We have the hosts as slight favourites here with the Points Supremacy 3-6.

Then at 4pm it’s England’s first game at Twickenham after matches at France and Scotland. Ireland may have recorded two wins from two so far, but our traders have Stuart Lancaster’s men as favourites here with the Supremacy England/Ireland 4-6.

We’ll also have in-play betting on domestic action across the Aviva Premiership, the Super Rugby and RaboDirect Pro12 and French Top 14.

Switching codes to Rugby League, our live betting starts tonight (Thursday) in the Super League for Wakefield/Bradford 9-12.

We’ll be in-play on further Super League matches as well as the Carnegie World Club Challenge from Down Under as Sydney Roosters play Wigan Warriors at 9am on Saturday.

With England appointing Paul Collingwood into their Twenty20 team set-up will it give the side more chance of success at the T20 World Cup, which starts on 16th March?

Our traders are not convinced as we’re currently industry joint-best price for England to win the tournament at 12/1.

Elsewhere, we’ll be in-play on the South Africa v Australia 2nd Test, Bangladesh v Sri Lanka 2nd ODI and the West Indies v Ireland 2nd T20.

The new F1 season starts on March 16th in Melbourne with the drivers in for a real test of their skills given some fundamental changes to the performance and set up of the cars.

The new, more environmentally-friendly and less noisy turbo V6 machines are in the midst of their latest round of testing in Bahrain, which could give more of an indication of what to expect from the coming campaign.

Ahead of the testing, Sebastian Vettel was again the red-hot favourite to take the title at 13/8 to continue his dominance of the sport.

Lewis Hamilton is 7/2, Fernando Alonso 11/2, Nico Rosberg 17/2, Kimi Raikkonen 11/1 and Jenson Button 12/1.
