With no race this week our attention turns to the outright markets as the battle for the top stop between Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg intensifies.

We have Hamilton at 51-53 on our 60-40-30-20-10-5 Championship Index, with Rosberg 47-49. Daniel Ricciardo 24-26 and Sebastian Vettel 15-17.
