Sorry Spurs suffered severe shame, shipping six on Sunday. So will it be Another Vile Beating for AVB at Norweigian minnows Tromso in the Europa League today?

Thanksgiving may not mean that much to those of us on British shores. But one benefit for us in Blighty is that we have the rarity of a Thursday triple-header of NFL games to bet on!

There was plenty of sledging in the sun as England found Australia too hot to handle at the Gabba in the Ashes first Test last week.

The second Test in Adelaide begins at midnight on Wednesday evening next week UK time and Spreadex are industry best price on Australia to win at 8/5. We’re also industry best price on Alastair Cook (7/2),Michael Carberry 6/1 and Matt Prior to be top England batsman.

The European Tour this week takes in the Alfred Dunhill Championships at Leopard Creek, South Africa.

Charl Schwartzel won this event last year by a huge 12 shots and before the start we had him 3/1 favourite to triumph again ahead of Richard Sterne at 12/1, Brendon De Jonge 18/1 and Ross Fisher and George Coetzee both 20/1.

Staying in the southern hemisphere, we’ll be covering all the action from the Australian Open at the Royal Sydney Championship Course.

Adam Scott is chasing the Triple Crown after already winning the Australian PGA and the Talisker Masters.

After a flying start, we have him as the 2/7 outright fixed odds favourite with Rory McIlroy (10/1), Aaron Baddeley (14/1), Jason Day (18/1) and Matt Jones (25/1) following behind.

Rugby
The Autumn Test series is drawing to a close but Wales will still be out to claim the scalp of Australia when the sides meet at the Millennium Stadium at 5pm on Saturday.

After Wales demolished Argentina and then beat Tonga we have this one finely poised with our Points Supremacy price -1.5-1.5.

Switching codes, after their last-gasp semi-final win over England, New Zealand look to defend their Rugby League World Cup title against Australia in the final at Old Trafford on Saturday at 2.30pm.

The UK Championship snooker continues from the Barbican Centre in York with Mark Selby looking to defend his 2012 title and land the £150,000 top prize.
