The Premier League returns with Fulham v Man City kicking things off at 12.30pm on Saturday on Sky Sports Premier League followed by West Ham v Everton at 5.30pm on BT Sport 1.

Sunday sees Cardiff v Chelsea at 2.05pm and Liverpool v Tottenham at 4.30pm before Arsenal host Newcastle at 8pm on Monday night, all on Sky Sports Premier League.
