Cricket

The topsy-turvy Ashes series has continued with England recovering from a humbling in the second Test to completely dismantle the Aussies on Day 1 of the third Test at Edgbaston.

James Anderson was the hero with 6 for 47 while Chris Rogers top scored for the tourists with 52 as Australia were skittled for 136.

Last night, on 80 for 2, England were strong 1/4 favourites with our traders predicting Alastair Cook's men to get between 341 and 356 runs in their first innings.

Formula 1 

After an action-packed Hungarian Grand Prix last weekend, won by Sebastian Vettel, the F1 circuit moves to Austria this weekend.

Vettel has closed the championship gap to 42 points on Lewis Hamilton and to 21 on Nico Rosberg. However, Hamilton remains 1/5 favourite to take the title again ahead of Rosberg at 4/1 and Vettel at 16/1.

As for this weekend's race, Hamilton is the 8/15 favourite despite finishing sixth in Hungary, with Rosberg 12/5 and Vettel 10/1.

Golf

Justin Rose leads the betting ahead of the Quicken Loans National in Virginia, priced at 15/2 on our fixed odds outright ahead of Rickie Fowler at 9/1 and Jimmy Walker at 14/1.

Elsewhere we have in-play fixed odds and spread betting on the Paul Lawrie Matchplay, Madeira Islands Open, Women's British Open and 3M Championship.

Tennis
