Chelsea v Wolves, Tottenham v Liverpool, What Happens Next?

Al-Shabab winger Fabio Martins is on the attack against Al-Faisaly – what happens next?

1. Chelsea v Wolves – 6pm Wednesday, BT Sport 1
Frank Lampard is gone. Oddly, not after Chelsea’s 2-0 league loss to Leicester, but their 3-1 cup win over Luton. Thomas Tuchel is incoming, and set to be in charge by the time the Blues host Wolves on Wednesday. That’s put the hosts at a potentially optimistic Chelsea/Wolves Goal Supremacy spread of 0.85-1.05.

2. Everton v Leicester – 8.15pm Wednesday, BT Sport 2
In a meeting of 2020/21’s overachievers, Leicester travel to Everton. A win for the Foxes could see them finish Wednesday in 1st, dependent on what happens at Old Trafford. The Toffees, meanwhile, would crack the top 4 if they are victorious. Spreadex is offering a Leicester/Everton (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 0-0.2.

3. Man United v Sheffield United – 8.15pm Wednesday, BT Sport 1
United are riding high. They go into Wednesday night in 1st place, and are coming off a 3-2 FA Cup victory over Liverpool. The Blades should be worried – Spreadex is offering a chunky Man United/Sheffield Goal Supremacy spread of 1.55-1.75.

4. Brighton v Fulham – 7.30pm Wednesday, BT Sport 3
In something of a relegation 6-pointer, 17th place Brighton host 18th place Fulham. Victory for the Cottagers would be huge; they are 5 points shy of the Seagulls with a game in hand. Spreadex is offering a Brighton/Fulham Goal Supremacy spread of 0.35-0.55.

5. Tottenham v Liverpool – 8pm Thursday, BT Sport 1
The biggest game of the week and Tottenham’s 2nd of 3 games in 7 days. That congested fixtures list – coming between Monday’s FA Cup win and Sunday’s trip to Brighton – has counted against Spurs, with Spreadex offering a Liverpool/Tottenham (h) Goal Supremacy spread of 0.2-0.4 despite the Reds’ woes.
