FOOTBALL

With Covid affecting many football clubs up and down the country, several matches have been postponed, including five in the Premier League. But we still have two matches on Saturday and three more on Sunday. After being hammered 7-0 at Manchester City in midweek, Leeds United host Arsenal in the 17:30 Saturday kick-off. The Gunners didn’t let their off-field issues hinder their performance at home to West Ham in the week, when Gabriel Martinelli scored the opening goal. Against this shaky Leeds defence, the Brazilian-born forward will fancy his chances of getting on the score sheet once again.

In a fixture where both sides are lacking several first team players due to illness or injury, Tottenham host Liverpool on Sunday looking to extend their four-game unbeaten Premier League run. However, as always Liverpool are near the top of the table thanks to consistent performances from players such as Diego Jota, who has scored five goals in his last six Premier League games. All eyes will be on the Portuguese international to see if he can keep up his impressive form.
