Did you know you can also place rugby spread bets as well as fixed odds bets on your Spreadex account?
Spread betting works by playing on a 'spread' or prediction on the number of things to happen in a match.
Step 1: Choose a market. E.g. the 'spread' on Total Points scored may be 37 - 40.Step 2: Decide if you think the final outcome will be higher or lower than the spread.Step 3: If higher (e.g.more than 40 points) you would buy. If lower (fewer than 37) you would sell.Step 4: Your profit or loss depends on the difference between your buy or sell level and the final outcome, multiplied by your stake.
Remember that unlike fixed odds betting, you can lose more than your initial stake with spread betting should the bet go against you.

To place a bet, look at the Spreadex prediction or spread on the market in question. If you think the outcome will be higher than our price, then you would buy on the spread. If you think the outcome will be lower than our price, then you would sell on the spread.
The more right you are the more you can win, but the opposite is the case if you get it wrong, as you may lose more than your initial stake.

At Spreadex we offer a wide selection of in-play rugby spread betting markets on live games, with prices constantly updated as the action unfolds on the pitch.
In-play rugby bets allow you to open or close bets at any point after kick-off up until the final whistle meaning you can close out of your bets early either to take profits or to cut losses.
If you’ve never placed rugby bets in-play before, simply open up the Spreadex website or visit our Mobile Betting Platform when you are watching a live rugby match and watch as our prices change throughout the game.
If you disagree with a prediction made by our trader on a certain market at any time,
One of the most popular markets for those interested in rugby spread betting is our Supremacy market.
Our spread here is based upon our predicted winning margin, in points, by which one team will beat another.
For example, Spreadex may quote Team A over Team B with a Supremacy price of 6-9.
If Team A beats Team B 37-10, then the Supremacy price will make-up at 27 (37-10). But if Team B won 19-15, then the market would make-up at -4 (15-19).
